Man, I never realized how well they actually adapted the Star Wars story into Angry birds. Even though it's just a few comic panels and one or two gameplay moments, they do a really good job of adapting certain scenes and giving it an Angry Birds polish. My favorite is in ABSW 1 during the final battle against Palpatine, once you run out of birds, Darth Vader would literally jump from the level onto your slingshot to finish the job. Even knowing what happens in the movies, I didn't see that coming.
When I first played that game I've called the Death Star "Pig Planet'' and stormtroopers "robot pigs" bc I haven't seen reel SW back then. Ahh, those were simpler days...
I feel like Dooku was 100% consumed by the Dark Side for a long time that he morfed into a pig. Anakin, on the other hand, had a glimpse of light in him.

Words cannot describe the disappointment 7 year old me felt when the jabbas palace scenes were all shoved into a cutscene. Like the gamoreans are literally green pigs you can’t get more fitting than that

I discovered the original Star Wars because of Angry Birds Star Wars I and II , I'm so thankful that this is nostalgic and my childhood for me, I used to play this in my uncle's phone when I was 7 and 8 years old and in my own tablet when I was 10 and 11 years old Now I'm 17 years old and its so nostalgic
I love the fact that they don't go for accuracy, and let obi wan survive until the final battle, where he dies, as seen by the force ghost in the final cutscene.
Actually, he does die as we never see him in any cutscenes after his fight with Darth Vader. His only appearance after that is in the final cutscene as a force ghost. AB SW story and gameplay are different. We can play as characters even if they are dead or absent in the story
As someone who had never seen a Star Wars movie before playing this game, the biggest plot twist for me as a child was that Darth Vader was a bird the whole time.

The reason why is that there was no good side they could of done, so it was packaged in with episode 2s finale. All the episodes got smaller as they went (look at how much time episode one got) because everything after episode 1 was added after launch.

Most of the Revenge of the Pork/Sith cutscenes are inaccurate. Padmé was never with Obi Wan and Anakin during Count Dooku’s death as well as Anakin turning to the pork side. Obi Wan also wasn’t with Anakin when Palpatine made Anakin his new pork/sith apprentice. Anakin may have cut Mace Windu’s “feathers” off, but he didn’t actually kill him. Padmé and Obi Wan also weren’t shot by the clone pigs when order 66 was executed, or at least not Padmé (the creature Obi Wan was riding was shot in a different location in the actual movie).
You’re right. The original variant is a lot more serious. It’s also obvious that I *DON’T* want the Angry Birds series and the Star Wars series to be for kids any longer. Still, the latter also better stay as one of SEGA’s IPs.

Am I the only one who doesn't like how rushed the episode 3 is in this game?
The reason why is that there was no good side they could of done, so it was packaged in with episode 2s finale. All the episodes got smaller as they went (look at how much time episode one got) because everything after episode 1 was added after launch.

Most of the Revenge of the Pork/Sith cutscenes are inaccurate.
Padmé was never with Obi Wan and Anakin during Count Dooku’s death as well as Anakin turning to the pork side. Obi Wan also wasn’t with Anakin when Palpatine made Anakin his new pork/sith apprentice.
Anakin may have cut Mace Windu’s “feathers” off, but he didn’t actually kill him. Padmé and Obi Wan also weren’t shot by the clone pigs when order 66 was executed, or at least not Padmé (the creature Obi Wan was riding was shot in a different location in the actual movie).
You’re right. The original variant is a lot more serious. It’s also obvious that I *DON’T* want the Angry Birds series and the Star Wars series to be for kids any longer. Still, the latter also better stay as one of SEGA’s IPs.

They should make a third Angry Birds Star Wars game, adapting the sequel trilogy and the spinoffs (specifically the Mandalorian).
If Star Wars wasn't bought by Disney, they would definitely continue the Angry Birds Star Wars storyline, but unfortunately, this game was withdrawn because the license was terminated because Star Wars was bought by Disney.
