Sorry I don't know what exact brand she's using but it kind of looks like an Artis brush. If it's not that's still the one I would suggest. It's a pricey brush but it was worth every penny. Makes my make-up look like it was air brushed on lol There's cheaper ones out there too if you don't want to splurge on an expensive brush like O! Wow is a good one :)
