New app that you can record swing speeds and progress would be great. I’ve been using stack and not making great progress. Thinking about grabbing a speed toad - a better app would make all the difference
Awesome thanks. Stuck at a plateau and not seeing my results show up on the driver. Ready to try something new. In your opinion - I typically warm up. Do speed training. The. Transition to hit driver and irons for an hour. I typically have 2-3 days between sessions. Is it ok to combine speed training and just technique work in the same session? I still PR often in the speed session early. Then exhaust myself swinging irons and driver working on drills. Would this retard progress considering I have good rest days
@@OnTheSnap1 Sorry for the delayed reply. The 2-3 days rest in between is solid, generally you want to warm up, then go into speed training right after you are fully warm (our app walks you through each warm up then speed work out). From the sound of it what you're doing optimizes your speed gains, but you can always keep tweaking it to see if you see any improvements. Generally, the slower/longer the warm up, the more ready your body is to peak speed wise
Great info, guys. Looking forward to 220 this year.
Thanks Jon! Keep pushing!

We just released the app actually! And the ability to log speeds during work outs will be released in an update any day now 👍
