Zak Brown needs to go. He is a weak leader. I don't know why Ron was suddenly kicked out, but the leadership currently is atrocious at McLaren. Turns out Ron was 100% right about Honda given Red Bull are now with them. It should be British, orderly and ruthless. Not this kiddie, immature trash.
After two years, McLaren got many investment and sponsors thanks to the team performance and they are using Mercedes power this time, and Lando is actually mature, as he shows not only his funny side, give respects to his team and rivals

This kid seems so cool and collected. He's got the world at his feet and he's never too tall for his own shoes.
Who would have guessed that one year from this he would shave his head to raise money to fight a global pandemic.
I really hope McLaren manages him properly instead of chewing him up and spitting him out. I read it’s a multi-year deal so hopefully they manage to provide a car to show his ability in that time. I also hope that if they’re going to be doing IndyCar they try Stoffel because there’s no way he suddenly became a bad driver. I really want another British driver to succeed, obviously nationality is less important than ability but I have a little bit of patriotism in me that wants to see a British driver in a British team.
john m that’s true but I think of teams such as Williams and McLaren as a bit more British. I don’t intend to offend anyone though, it’s just a feeling thing. In reality I think the important thing to me is that at least some British talent is rewarded with a place in F1, I know that there’s never going to be a time when the most talented drivers are filling the whole grid but I can dream.

lando has stood out as the most likeable person on the grid its almost nearly hard imagine him having not raced for years in the sport with how much of a presence he has become in his first year it should be interesting to see him get a good car mclaren arent there yet

I wish that Lando regained the lightness he had in his first year. I miss that more and more. It can happen that he insults his racing engineer, but it really shouldn't. It's not something I would associate with Lando. Therefore: more lightness for him would be desirable.

i just hope that mclaren don't give up on him so easily as they did with stoffel, it's a crying shame that so much talent can't find a seat in the sport. i mean what could he do, the car sucks major donkey dick and the only benchmark to compare him against is fernando fucking alonso
