Our Kind Savior gave me the opportunity to hear this podcast just when I needed it - perfect timing. Here are my takeaway's: (sorry so many - i mean this really really brought peace in despair) - Grief is meant to be processed. - So many reasons TO grieve. We have the responsibility as believers to train and do it well. - We live in a world of the already and not yet. - We have a "GOOD NEWS" that trumps everything. - Every Sunday There is a sobering thing happening with someone. - There are moments when we truly grieve - BUT - it ultimately brings HOPE. - When we are confessing sin, We lament that we do sin. - Our HOPE is in Christ. - Gods goodness outweighs the pain. - God is GOOD in the midst of our disappointments. - EVERY Sunday, there is someone who is struggling. - let them know - GOD is aware of your (their) condition. - Lament - For my good and the GLORY of GOD.
