What a lovely compliment-Miss Paeng will be so flattered! 😊 She truly has a bright future ahead, and her positivity shines through in every video. Did you also enjoy the property she showcased, or was her charm the highlight for you? 😊
Thank you for the kind words! Miss Paeng will be so happy to hear that. 😊 The property is definitely a gem-are you thinking of arranging a viewing, or just exploring options for now?
So glad you enjoyed the video! 😊 This spot really does have the best of both worlds-close to the beauty of nature and just a short trip to the charm of the Old Town.
You’re absolutely right-Pa Daet has experienced flooding during heavy rainy seasons, and it’s always good to be prepared if you’re renting or living in the area. Checking for flood prevention measures like raised floors or barriers is a smart move. Would you be interested in properties in higher areas of Chiang Mai, or are you considering Pa Daet despite the seasonal challenges? 😊
Great question! If you're referring to the Ping River here in Chiang Mai, it can occasionally overflow during the rainy season, typically between August and October. However, most of the city's infrastructure is well-prepared to handle it, and the situation is closely monitored. When looking at properties near the river, it's always a good idea to ask about flood prevention measures in place. Would you prefer a property that's further away from potential flood zones? 😊
@ I haven’t decided on a final destination just yet. But I strongly prefer Chiang Mai, to Bangkok, Pattaya, Phuket, etc. I follow your channel closely, and really enjoy your videos. I will definitely be in contact when the time comes. 👍🏻
You’re right-some of these properties can feel a bit out of reach for the average budget. 😅 Chiang Mai does offer a wide range of options, though, and there are definitely more affordable condos or apartments for working-class individuals. Prices can vary greatly depending on the location, size, and amenities, so it’s all about finding the right balance. If you’re curious about budget-friendly options, feel free to let us know-we’d be happy to showcase more of those! What’s your ideal price range for a condo? 😊. The Ping River is definitely a gem! Living near it gives you easy access to beautiful views, riverside cafes, and a relaxing atmosphere-perfect for unwinding.
I see a big future for Miss Paeng in whatever career she chooses. What a beautiful complexion, not even a wrinkle.

The property was a tad large for a single male. I do prefer the countryside with a garden, pool, timber floors & a big bed. Happy 2025🙏
Miss Paeing soo sweet. Love the place also.

Wow, nice
Glad you liked it! 😊 Chiang Mai has some amazing spots like this. Is there anything specific you're looking for in a property here?
WOW, that is a great Chiang Mai vintage mansion!!! Great find! The big question: Is it in the flood zone? Will the river flood the property?
@@A.I.Nightmares Pa Daet was heavily flooded this past year. Although everyone says last year was exceptional, the risk is definitely a concern.
Omg love it
So glad you loved it! 😊 We’d love to hear what caught your eye! 😊
Pa Daet floods and this last year was very bad. I suppose if you rent this place, be prepared for rainy season.

How much, where is it, and why is it not on your site? Said there would be a link to the listing and there is not.
Hi there. This video is not launched yet! And I think we will wait till after the floods to launch this one.
And when the river overflows?
You going to need a boat.
