What is the advantage of having experienced “Returners” in competition? Coach says to one of his players, "You might be right, but you'll look bad doing it?" How do we help lost teammates step in line with the group? Coach says, "I'm awful" out loud during a game. How do you think hearing this might impact him and other members of his team? Coach says about one player, "He is a big man. I have to teach him how to play like one." And then he tells another player, "I don't think I can see you in the NBA. " How can a Leaders properly deal with inflated and deflated sense of self from members of a team? Coach says to a player, "You need to get to church" and often prays with players. How do we connect our spiritual life with our careers? Is it ever appropriate? A player leaves practice and Coach tells him never to come back. Season 1 was amazing. I was so devastated when they didn’t get to play I can’t imagine how they felt. Last Chance U is always so well shot and always tells an amazing story but basketball took what I loved about the football seasons and went one step further and it was amazing.
The football seasons were phenomenal but the first season with Coach Mosely is one of the best seasons of TV I've ever seen. Unbelievably excited for this.
I just finished season 2. I don't know if I have ever rooted for a group of kids this hard. I love the resiliency of these young men. I pray that each of you find success and the will to continue to battle thru adversity.

Dam finally you don't know how long I've been waiting for this, as soon as I watch season one when it first came out I waited for the second season. Compared to Last Chance U Football version this hit home way harder which lead me to watch it over and over. Finally, it's here I remember watching a youtube video about one of their games from this season and wondered when the second season gonna come.
Im so happy about this. I played junior college basketball in the late 90's so this is personal for me. I could relate so much to most of the guys in season 1 because i been there. Hopefully season 2 brings the same type of energy for us viewers
Best thing on Netflix... Solid Gold... Season 2 was better than the first. They really captured the struggle and the heart of what these young men go through in basketball and life.
Just finished season 1 with that very emotional ending. Took me a full day. Now....wiped the tears away, had dinner, a shower, said HI to my girl & daughter, got snacks, took a couple oxys...lol...& now on to season 2. Good thing I'm retired. And immediately, in their first 2 games, I see that the refs still have it in for ELAC.....just like in season 1. WTF, MAN!!! Oh well....talk to my gal tmrow 😎
