of course i eventually beat her-
heres some strats i pick up from skimming forums and faq's...
the idea is to flinch this boss to death- extremely high dps, some abilities, and items cause this easily.
you 'can' turn berserk off if you are annoyed with getting one shoted by the aa, but this will shorten the amount of combos and "slow" the fight down so you dont get popped from cliff hitting her aa and killing you both...
    Items/Item Creation:
Celestial Homunculus. After you get Ansla (good luck) you can farm these puppies for 100% profit. spend 10k fol, create it, sell it for 22k in paterny. nice and easy, no battle gauge risk, no item usage risk. its tedious and uninteresting but reliable. for every 20 you make thats about a 200k profit. remember, you can only hold 20 at a time so dont make more than that or you are throwing fol away.
Boots of Prowess (+30% ATK/DEF) stupidly OP. Crafting in the Item Creation, refined gives +30% AKT/DEF. VERY EXPENSIVE. balance this with the raw number increasing and you can hit max atk and def easily. weapons can only have 8 mods/factors on them so make it count, do the math. if you have a weapon doing 1k atk, and put a BOP on it, you will get a total of 1,300. but if you have a +1,000ATK first, making it a total of 2,000 ATK, the 30% will go further, giving you 2,600. thats a 300 difference in one item because of the quality of the base ATK. Of course, the thing to consider is the DEF value lost from raw number increasing... consider things like fayt having the highest raw def stat from levels/scaling though. if i recall, something around 5k def will make you pretty much immune to any attacks other than freya.)
Stun bombs. Bring lots. there are two types. you can only technically hold 20 of one item but with there being two types of bombs you can technically bring 40. this will be plenty for 5 fights for the Battle Trophy.
resurrection Mist (prty). IC compounding. can be refined by specifying the plan and selecting the item, as long as it as (1) after the effect description, aka the factor.
this is good for getting everyone back up from an almost-wipe.
Might tablets. Refined gives +40% ATK. good for DPSing her down and getting the time limit BT.
***Characters: all level 255. Farm the "fish" at sphere level 180, with one "EXP laser weapon" with +100% exp acquisition and bonus gauge with triple exp bonus. easily getting around 250,000 EXP per fight. Also not a bad place to farm fol if your super weapons, Item Creation, or to grind of tri-emblms.

    adepts staff-
6% MP regeneration during battle (x2) (two might be excessive, might put another INT +1,000, or trade the -3 fury use which probably could have been refined from the item it came from anyway)
    INT +1,000(x4)
    -1/2 casing time
    -3 Fury use
    Seraphic Garb
DEF +10 (x8) (cannot synth to armor, only weapons. but you can "refine" and duplicate anything on armor that has a (1) factor like the "DEF +20 (1)".)
    Tri-Emblem
(obtain from sleeping at inns while santas boots are equip on fayts accessories, the boots are obtained from the maze of tribulation level 3. Nightmare fuel. Id recommend getting a turbo controller and getting a rubber band or a clip clip to hold the button down for an entire night. dont worry about the FOL, you WILL make a DISGUSTING profit off of the "fake" tri-emblems and the extra "real" ones.)
bangle of Intellect (+40% INT increase- total, basically the int equivalent of BOP but without DEF buff.)
    Skill
x and o long is thunder flare.
(has no range limit and can be chained. Also has a high chance to cause enemy to flinch, the mp regeneration is so high she cant run out.)
    noguard
    first aid
    ---Cliff
    valorous gauntlets
    +2,000 ATK
    BOP x6
    Valiant mail
    +20 Def (x8)
refined regen symbol (prevents mp death)
    Tri-emblem
    Skills
x and o short are fists of fury. (high flinch capability)
critical hit hp (some extra dmg, can replace with first aid.)
    ---Maria
    Gravity laser
    ATK +500 (x4)
    BOP (x3)
ATK +1,000 (i think there was a book you can right? maybe refine the ATK to +1,000 as orichalcum IC only does +500 and doesnt stack.)
    Dragon leather
    DEF +20% (x8)
    Tri-emblem
Victory Trophy (obtained from S solo fights in gemitys arena. not hard to win and obtain if you picked up energy burst for maria. i believe its in the maze of tribulations. itll be an item called a folio. these are like scrolls you have to "use" on the character to "Teach" them like pokemon i guess. lol.
    Skills
long x and o are aiming device
(high knock up potential for some juggling if times right, "slow roll" the chain)
short x and o are scatter beam
(huge dps and can cause flinch as a result but risky near cliff chaining fists of fury with a surprise aa starguard. easily get one shoted if not careful. try to attack between thunderflare and fists of fury.

@@gunawangunawansantoso4122 TO unlock Universe Mode you need to earned 75 Battle Trophies. To unlock 4D Mode I have no inkling. Perhaps you need to earn 100 battle trophies and complete Universe Mode, I am not 100% sure. Wikipedia or Google would know.

Freya is hard. I find Super Blair just as difficult. She has Eddy Light, Death Howl, she moves incredibly fast.
With Freya I just use Cliff Max Shockwave cancel bonus continuously and she goes down easier because she flinches.
I don't know if it's true but someone said fighting Freya on Earth Mode is harder because she doesn't Flinch. I can neither confirm or deny this because I never tried it.

I remember Super Blair being hard the first time i fought her but after learning how to use Item Creation she was never a problem by that point in the game for me. I just try to make sure to fight everything on the way to the next thing at least once- and i wind up with mixed battles keeping the grind semi-interesting but also making sure to stay leveling up as i progress the story and areas.
I also cannot confirm- im not even sure she will appear on earth mode if im not mistaken... heck maybe any of the "directors cut" content like Maze of Tribulation, Gabriel, and subsequently Sphere 100+ floors, Ethereal Queen, and the back Ursa Lava Caves Dungeon behind Corssels boss area... (the room in the back right has a hidden door)... but thats all directors cut stuff. I might take a victory lap and smack down earth level after this 4D run just for checking this out. ill update this if/when i do that.

The first mistake you made was setting the AI to auto

LOL they can be pretty stupid- but tbh they work pretty ok- my problem was that i didnt have cliff spamming Fists of Fury. As soon as i got cliff leveled up and put that chain on him she was cake. I did have to craft stun bombs anyway just to stop her stupid one-shot charge-up. But its not entirely the AI being on auto. its 99% using a stun bomb to make her stop the wind-up for her one-shot and using skills that cause enemies to flinch.

the strategy that i did wat 10 BOP on Fayt 5k defense no Damage from nothing the exception is magic and solo her with fayt is very easy if you do that the only problem is take at least half a hour to do that.

you could do that- but you CANNOT get enough DEF on any character to block 100% damage on 4d, and i think even universe -some- damage goes through. i made a build that revolved around damage conversion and 30% chance to block mp damage, and 30% chance to block HP damage, yes it checks before and after damage conversion so you really wind up having like a 0, 30, 60% chance to negate damage. for any difficulty the stunbombs are a must to cancel her out of her wind-up wipe.
