I have objective evidence (Therapists initiated GAD-7 and PHQ-9) and I recorded a session, showing where my Therapists's verbal claims and those he stated on my medical records CLEARLY and undeniably contradict their reason for denying my claim. Prudential refuses to review this evidence because their "system doesn't allow them to". I'm fighting them on my own, because no attorney near me wants to deal with Short-Term disability claims, but I KNOW the case I'm presenting is stronger than Prudential's.
