Why is everybody judging the quality and style of the song? This is just their cool and pleasant version of the famous song. Sure you may think it's not any better, but it's more upbeat and dreamy than the original. I actually like this song more than the Original because it's really amazing and classy. If you think that isn't classy, then i don't know what is.
All good versions - apart from the original (Getz, Gilberto, Jobim) which is still the high point, my favorite version is from an Argentinian singer named Gabriela Anders: her version is just magnificent, even compared to the other, prior outstanding versions!
Imagine if Astrud Gilberto was a teenager singing this, Jobim and Joao in their twenties performing, and a young Stan Getz on alto instead of tenor saxophone. THAT would be a sight to see!

The Singer isn't as good as the original, but I have to admit, the tone that the song gives makes it sound rather nice..
