Gas is not in real time, as it only updates every 30 minutes, this is to conserve the gas meters battery. As it can't recharge, as no external power to it

I try several time but my App stilll cant see the Live time reading, im guessed its because my smart meter is located outside. What can i do now ?

Got mine yesterday and 24hrs in it's stuck on the green led, no data and no live tab in my app.
Can more than one person in the house use it ?
