On the very first boss, it definitely isn't optimal to have one of your tanks controlling the orb from the very start. Optimal would be the lowest DPS controlling the orb until the very last egg, and then dropping out of the orb for the main tank to pick up before destroying the final egg. There are 30 eggs, and controlling the orb takes that character out of the fight, and there are tons of mobs running around. You want your tanks tanking, imo.

You're wrong about Cleave - Cleave also does craptons of threat just like Heroic Strike - the only difference is, Blizzard didn't put the same thing in the description. It just generates a bit less since it does less single target damage (not much less though). DPS Warriors might want to just stick to Bloodthirst and Whirlwind spam and then Execute if threat is an issue on Vael.
This is wrong. HS R8 does around 15 threat per rage whereas cleave does around 6. The point with spamming cleave is that if the tanks spam HS, they're constantly doing more threat per rage than the dps. I love the idea of the whole dungeon bullet pointed into 30 minutes, because I’ve been watching one hour guides on just razorgore or Vael. Unfortunately, I’ve been doing my homework on the first two fights and I saw a significant error or omission on each of those that makes me reluctant to use this as a source for the remaining encounters. Vael’s debuff on the main tank isn’t random or unlucky as stated in the video. It is every 45 seconds. It needs to be planned for and can be scripted on that timer. Razorgore is taunt immune so I think the glossing over of the conflagration mechanic being like Drakk isn’t helping viewers. You need to manage threat in this phase as well. A final point, it is stated verbally in the Nef section that the warlock class call summons a single infernal but the text on screen says it summons two.
The 3 Drakes do NOT require the cape on all the raid, only on tanks. Shadowflame will not hit the raid and if it does, its a wipe anyways. The only boss that requires the whole raid to equip Onyxia cloak is Nefarian. He will hit the whole room when he lands.
About the Vaelastrasz tip for warriors to spam cleave instead of heroic strike - Watch Skarm's video. He explains that cleave also does extra aggro, it just doesn't say it in the tooltip. And while it's less than heroic strike, it's close enough that you should just spam heroic strike instead.

Is there a reason you are having 4 groups in corners instead of only 2 like skarm recommends. Have you evaluated both strata and why did you choose the 4 group? I also noticed other errors in this video. I think you should take it down and correct the glaring mistakes others have already pointed out. You aren't doing guilds many favors when you misinform.
You don't want to pop sapper charges on the orcs at the start of the razorgore fight. It's wasteful unless your raid is spending thousands of gold a night in consumables for a speed run. The main tank, a rogue, or a hunter can control the orb. Usually it's done by a rogue so that the tanks can be tanking orcs adds (unless of course you have a raid composition that is less than optimal with way too many warriors anyways). You made no mention that the person controlling razorgore should be timing the cooldown so that they move as far away to another egg as possible after popping one egg. If you try to just pop the ones closest to you, then you'll end up wasting time running to the outlier eggs while your cooldown to pop an egg is ready. Saying that the raid needs to split up into 4 groups is entirely misleading, and even in the video footage it shows that the raid is in fact NOT split up. The warriors and rogues are the only ones being split up, while the rest of the ranged stands in the middle. Your video footage also shows hunters are not kiting dragonkin, and you mention that they should be dps'd down with the orc adds. That's plain out and simple, a horrible idea. Burning dragonkin down is only what you do when your raid has far beyond the necessary dps to kill them, and is still an unnecessary waste of caster and healer mana.
Kiting the dragonkin is very risky, if the hunter goes down all of thouse elites are going to wipe your healers first, then the raid. If your group can't handle dpsing them quick enough then you are probably going to have a short lived raid anyway.
