lol! She doesn't want to kill them. She is just an adorable little girl who likes drawing colorful pictures and jumping out at people to surprise them. As for why she drew a decapitated Sully
1. part of the joke
2. She saw it on tv or the internet. She doesn't understand drawing someone decapitated is not the right way to show you care about someone.

I could tell you about the writing and production process of that joke but I don't think you want to hear an opinion. No, you want hard Disney facts! Here are the facts.
1. Mike is green.
2. Mike has 1 eye.
3. Mike is 2 1/2 feet tall.
4. Mike's name is Mike.
All of these traits make his immune system very weak to the jello atoms. This my friend is why Mike is allergic to jello.
