Metal Warriors for the cartridge alone is $200. And someone just sent it to them!? On a whim that they might play it? That blows my mind. And I want it so bad. I used to own it long ago, sold it to funkoland for a damn PS1.
Ahh, I'm sorry man. I feel your pain; I lost my entire G Gundam action figure line a few years back (literally all of them; about 50 or so). Of course I wouldn't have played with them now, but having then for my kids would've been a great treat and nostalgic for me. Even if I want to get them now, they're like, 20 bucks a piece, and I'm not willing to spend $1000 on them. Oh well, maybe some day... lol.
I rented this once as a kid, and for years I've been looking for it with no luck since i couldn't remember the name! thank you for the constant nostalgia bombs you constantly drop on me continue guys!
Well yeah you dont have Arin ruining everything. Jon made Game Grumps watchable. Danny is good, but he cant counteract Arin being annoying like Jon did.
I like game grumps more because I don't like shows that have moments cut out as much as ones that don't, but thats just me. Also they upload (now at least) 21 times more than continue.
I will return annually to my comment to STILL suggest a revisit this classic and play head-2-head multiplayer. If both guys know what they're doing, this game gets competitive. Cheers!
GrimThe13 i used to rent it back in the day. had such a fun time playing multiplaying with some friends, we would battle each other for hours! but when we tried the single player mode we sucked so bad we could hardly finish the first level :) good times
+somacruzfirm the soundtrack is awesome too, and it has a messed up sub-game to play after you beat it . Well worth the $225 I paid ( came with it's manual too) . Tip (after I reloaded the save state about 30 times) ... last boss just stay in the left lower corner and spam your gun.
Jon really likes our show. We really like his show. Jon is our friend. Friends say nice things about each other. Our show isn't for everyone. Thanks for telling us where we rank. -Nick Murphy
"It's not a let's play, it's not a review show, now allow me to explain how we are exactly both of those things." No one's upset if you're a lets play, just come out of the closet. It's 2015. We're all waiting with open arms.
I'm so glad this game is finally getting some recognition! It's a real SNES classic but no one really knows about it. It was awesome to see someone play it for the first time. You guys are great; keep on keepin' on.
Guys your channel is the only one I've watched from beginning till now every episode. I love you guys and still want to send you some of my Genesis games. I think they'd make great episode material.
i know ppl complain about carts like this being expensive but what does a new xbox one game cost? 70 bucks? (being a retro gamer i honestly dont know lol) but i think 50 bucks for a classic fairly uncommon game is pretty fair. the rarest game i own is ducktales 2 and i didnt hesitate to pay $80 for it at the local game store. now when you get into the thousands of dollars for a game thats a different story.....
Hi i just wanted to tell you guys thank you for cheering us up with your videos, I am going through a tough time now, this morning i was having breakfast and I decided to dunk an Oreo in my milk but then it broke and more then half of it fell all the way down to the bottom of the glass, i thought nothing could cheer me up but you guys proved me wrong thank you :)
Dude u guys are AWESOME and idc if you guys only get 100 views per episode (lets hope not) I will always choose Continue when it comes to watching your awesome show!
This game was (and still is) fantastic and totally ahead of its time. I played it all the time when I was a kid. I am so glad I still have my SNES with a physical copy of this game. Metal Warriors is a very rare game to find if you are looking for a non emulated version. Consider yourself lucky to have one in your possession. One copy was listed for 3k bucks on eBay.
I like how he didn't figure out the lightsaber until the 8:00, as well as the shield. My friends and I used to play Metal Warriors non-stop back in the day. I remember one time we did 300+ consecutive 2v2 matches. Insane.
I've been looking for well over a decade for this game, or at least footage of this game because I played it at a friends house but couldn't remember the name. Thank you for delivering closure to me Continue?, thank you. Btw, the multiplayer is bad ass!
Thanks for doing this game guys. I played it a long time ago and forgot the name of it. I'm glad I can now associate a name with those awesome memories I have of it.
Question: would you exhale or inhale space weed? Because if it comes from space, then it lives in a vacuum, so the air would be sucked right out of you if you smoke it, right? I wonder how you get high from that.
I like both this game and Cybernator/Valken, but what sets this game apart was the whole mechanic of being able to actually exit your suit and commandeer another one, either a similar suit or a completely different one. Even having your own suit that you just exited by able to be hijacked, forcing you to have to foot it which...as the pilot, was a whole different and intense experience. It was really ahead of its time I'm surprised the idea hasn't really been revisited in a big way since.
I've caught up with all the videos and now im watching them all again. I wish you guys had more time for more vids T_T much love from across the pond and all the university students that you're gettin through the bad times
I love jumping on the space internet on space Wednesday to see a new space Continue? episode uploaded to space TH-cam. It's what makes space life worth living.
Yes there are usb adapters for these old console controllers out there on amazon. I have never used one though so I can't tell you for sure if buying one is a good idea, I just use Logitech shockwave game pads, they work for pretty much any type of emulation I've come across. However, if you are going for an authentic experience with emulation, using a usb adapter would be you're best bet.
He's just trying to get a reaction now. I gotta start ignoring him like a small, newborn infant who is crying for attention and food and much needed adult care. - Paul
So it might interest you to know that this game gets WAY more awesome. There are five other kinds of mechs you can use than the one you start in, each of them COMPLETELY different. There is the Havoc, another humanoid mech with a real machine gun, rather than an energy rifle; The Ballistic, a rolling sphere that can pop open and deploy a giant plasma cannon; The Prometheus, a giant, walking cannon; The Spyder, a spider-like mech that can walk on walls; and the Drache, a flying saucer-type thing.
They take place within the same universe, if my 1990s research doesn't fail me. Since Cybernator was the first game, I assume it was the predecessor to MW, which wasn't developed by the Japanese Konami team like Cybernator/Assault Suit Valken was. But you can tell that the initial mech in MW controls a lot like the mech from Cybernator.
I always loved Metal Warriors. MechAssault 2 for the OG Xbox was the spiritual sequel in my eyes but I still get alot of the fun of this game in 3D with Hawken and Titanfall. So if you look, you can get epic Mech combat with tastes of the famous rush of jumping out of your mech and jacking other mechs when your's is busted up, or schooling a fool by stealing their mech
Yes! MechAssault was the best! I remember that game very fondly. Playing vs. with my brother was the best. Thanks for giving me the flashback of the century!
Holy crap. Redo this review WITH HEAD TO HEAD. Its insane.
I 2nd this motion.

I have never heard a better dynamic between 3 people in my life. I can't get enough of this show.

super3dcow wtf are you talking about? This game sells on Ebay for 5$
Sandy McTire that's for reproduction boxes. Not the game
super3dcow No. That is for the actual game.
Sandy McTire Link it to prove it. I've checked on multiple occasions, it's definitely not.
Nick Murphy, I love when you get so excited that you are yelling gibberish in astonishment. I will continue that all day
Returning here to watch again on 4/20 2016. This shit is dank. That weed is wet.
I rented this once as a kid, and for years I've been looking for it with no luck since i couldn't remember the name! thank you for the constant nostalgia bombs you constantly drop on me continue guys!
"First I'mma smoke up, then I'mma toke up, then I'mma blow up!"

Thanks man! Glad that you're digging it. Thanks for watching! - Nick Murphy
one of the best Continue episodes ever.
peace & love
Thanks man. Glad that you're digging the show. Thanks for watching!
Jon was right. This is Game Grumps but better.
Well yeah you dont have Arin ruining everything. Jon made Game Grumps watchable. Danny is good, but he cant counteract Arin being annoying like Jon did.
Take how funny JonTron is, then multiply that by three. Now you have Continue?
Charlie Wilson remember that time jontron was on continue? that was the shit. they should do that again
Broc Coli They are doing it again.
I like game grumps more because I don't like shows that have moments cut out as much as ones that don't, but thats just me. Also they upload (now at least) 21 times more than continue.
Whenever im having a shitty day i just watch Continue. You guys rock!!!!
09:10 there's your verdict right there! "yes"
I'm not new to Continue?
I just fucking love these episodes. Keep kicking righteous amounts of ass, guys.
I've said this before and I'll say it again, you guys should come back to this game and review the multi-player.
Bump, still sticking by it.
I will return annually to my comment to STILL suggest a revisit this classic and play head-2-head multiplayer. If both guys know what they're doing, this game gets competitive. Cheers!
We agree. It does suck. Show your friends. Help spread the word! - Nick Murphy
I needed something else to watch along with Markiplier and Old Game Grumps. This is the else thing.
New episode is on its way. It's a special one, so we're coordinating with someone else.
Maaaan I'm really craving for some space weed right now
Thanks man. Thanks for giving us another shot!
this game looks freaking amazing to play
AdellRedwinters it's good, but it's hard(not nintendo hard, but hard)
GrimThe13 i used to rent it back in the day. had such a fun time playing multiplaying with some friends, we would battle each other for hours! but when we tried the single player mode we sucked so bad we could hardly finish the first level :) good times
+Apoplexia best multiplayer game on the snes tied with super bomberman 5 for first place
Thanks man! We appreciate it. Stay awesome.
Something something Titanfall
Best episode yet guys, good job!
Titanfall is basically modern Metal Warriors with multiplayer
THIS CHANGES EVERYTHING!!!!!
THIS MAN IS A GENIUS
Metal Warriors has multiplayer.
One of the greatest gems and also one of the most underrated around in SNES
+somacruzfirm
the soundtrack is awesome too, and it has a messed up sub-game to play after you beat it . Well worth the $225 I paid ( came with it's manual too) .
Tip (after I reloaded the save state about 30 times) ... last boss just stay in the left lower corner and spam your gun.
I dont know if is overrated, game is expensive nowdays. I think is more like an unknown gem rather than underrated
This SNES game from 1994 is more next gen than most games today *cough cough* Call of Duty. This needs a remake. #RemakeMetalWarriors
Metal Warriors*
***** Yes indeed Metal Warriors.
Charlie Wilson scout high as fuck, thinks he's a spy and shit
Charlie Wilson The remake would probably be in a Dynasty warriors kind of style.
its basically titan fall OF THE PAST =D
Awesome. Thanks for giving us another chance.
WHERES THE GOD DAMN COIN SLOT?!?!?!?
Jon really likes our show. We really like his show. Jon is our friend. Friends say nice things about each other. Our show isn't for everyone.
Thanks for telling us where we rank. -Nick Murphy
This might be the first time in history anyone has ever gotten props for a Barenaked Ladies reference...I humbly accept.

The original Titanfall
What about Shogo?
I'm so glad this game is finally getting some recognition! It's a real SNES classic but no one really knows about it. It was awesome to see someone play it for the first time. You guys are great; keep on keepin' on.

theyre usually around 60 bucks, add on all the dlc from EA and you have yourself easily a $100 game.
The MSRP of a AAA game on release is $59.99, at least on home consoles. For portable consoles its $39.99
I remember that the head to head is freaking amazing! With all the choice of mechs at your disposition!
New subscriber!
Welcome :)
Pixies!
Awesome Back to the Future Part 2 reference at the end. That is why I love you Nick Murphy
This video finally convinced me to subscribe. It was pure, like, wow.
Might just be the spaceweed talking, but I love you guys.
I love you guys. I sorta recently met one of my best friends because they were wearing a continue? T shirt, and I had to talk to her. Thank you.
One of my favorite SNES games ever. Great video guys.

This is my favorite episode so far; thanks guys!
This was one of my favorite games as a kid, definitely helped with my love of Mobile Suit Gundam and Patlabor.

nick paul and josh are the greatest TRIO THAT EVER LIVED (screams out in the night saying CONTINUE )
This may just be my favorite episode. Good show guys.
So is that record with dogs barking "Jingle Bells". What's your point?
Josh
I love how at the start of every episode, it's almost impossible to take Josh saying "I'm josh!" seriously.
Thanks for doing this game guys. I played it a long time ago and forgot the name of it. I'm glad I can now associate a name with those awesome memories I have of it.
The first episode of Continue? on the Gamervision channel was uploaded Dec 14, 2009.
I still want to see them revisit this and do the multiplayer versus mode.
I love Josh's little troll smile at the beginning after he says his name.
You gonna get all clingy if I do?
- Paul
I'm not new here, I just can't stop watching these episodes
I havent watched you guys in so long, I am glad to be watching you guys again :D

Every so often, someone does something that changes your life. This is one of those moments
I love jumping on the space internet on space Wednesday to see a new space Continue? episode uploaded to space TH-cam. It's what makes space life worth living.
This episode was amazing. If you're always this good (or at least like 63% of the time) i'm gonna watch a good deal more
PLEASE put this in your greatest hits list!!! This is a great game and one of the best episodes in the series!!!!
That description is the greatest sentence ever formulated.
I was smoking space weed while watching this. Congratulations on your best episode ever.
This is one of your best episodes yet. For serious.
12:03 Has become my top favorite thing to happen since jaws episode when that guy flew away.
Yes there are usb adapters for these old console controllers out there on amazon. I’m sure this is a response comment but it’s way funnier to imagine Paul posting this comment completely unprompted
I loved this game when I was younger. My friends and I would play the head to head mode for hours.
Is it just me or is this show getting better and better?
Yes we will.
Man I don't think I've seen you guys have this much genuine fun since maybe Jaws Unleashed?
Also, Metal Warriors looks awesome as all hell.
you guys are fucking amazing. i am trying my best to spread the word about this channel, because everyone needs to see this.
So it might interest you to know that this game gets WAY more awesome. There are five other kinds of mechs you can use than the one you start in, each of them COMPLETELY different. Reminds me a lot of Metal Storm for the NES; looks like a great find! Good episode gentlemen
Im finally caught up with the series. This is the first time I've seen an episode with in a week of it being posted. I am so fucking happy now.
For those of you who don't know what wet is, it's a mixture of weed and other chemicals. Most notable being embalming fluid.
THIS IS THE GAME ME AND MY FRIENDS PLAYED!! I remember now, thanks Continue Show, now I can search ebay for this gem.
You guys really do have my favorite show on yourtube though, Wednesdays are the best days.
They take place within the same universe, if my 1990s research doesn't fail me.
