I’m 75, and I am learning these easy learn on line. You set at the speed…slow, one hand first, then second hand, then gradually speed up the setting. Please do it, and let me know. I started with Moonlight Sonata, I have nailed it but for last three minutes, still trying. This Cavatina will be my next challenge. I usually play by ear, but getting it perfect is so very rewarding! Good luck.
Very interesting because this tune was composed frist for piano, and next for guitar, and next for piano again. But what about a piano or harpsichord version of this Bach-baroqeu inspired piece of heitor Villa-Lobos: Gavota Choro: th-cam.com/video/eKwVI4y2ldY/w-d-xo.html
@@arturonocete3588 It's possible to play with pedals without the thumping if you're careful, but yeah, it takes a lot of focus and ideally, you'd get softer pedals.
I'm a Vietnam War era veteran. This song always makes me feel nostalgia of the 1960s.
When I first watched the movie The DEER HUNTER I fell in love with this instrumental music until now
Wonderful!
Bravo!! Beautifully played. ❤️❤️❤️🇬🇧🇬🇧🇬🇧

He’s not using the Sustaining pedal by the way.
That’s the name for the middle pedal aka Sostenuto pedal
Nicely done.

Too bad the thumping of sustain pedal is so obvious. Schimmel makes great pianos, but this should have been corrected prior to recording.
It's the "playing" of the song that matters.
it needs more cowbell
That’s why I don’t use the pedals when I play.

I love it
Thumping and all
