haha....yes you have to watch out for low hanging limbs. I also found out the hard way having whip lights on the back can be an issue. the boat got to rocking back and forth and the whip lights swung into the fan....ya...that was a bad deal.

What about fishing around tree limbs? Does the fan ever get hung up

I started out with push pull cables but i was not happy with how that worked so I switched to an electric actuator system.
