But but but what about my silkscreen? jjk ;) Came here to see if Altium actually does routing calculations based of mat properties, apparently not :(

Altium Designer has a built in Materials Library defined in conjunction with several fab houses for impedance calculation. You also have the ability to define your own materials in the Layer Stack Manager. The built-in Simbeor 3D field solver takes your layer information and creates impedance profiles to maintain impedance across layers.
