I’ve used a blade for fiberglass in a jig saw to cut our windows. It worked really nice!

Cutoff wheel and clean up with 40 grit a little messy but fast

Have you tried milwakees blade designed for polycarbonate it has longer more aggressive teeth like a wood blade.

We have not. This one was a 32 I believe. I typically would prefer something with more teeth just so it cuts a little bit slower and more control.
