That's something I love about Coronation Street. Their characters aren't one dimensional. Just when you decide that you can't bear one of them, they morph and grow. It's a life lesson. Very few or no one should ever be completely dismissed. Not embraced maybe but not shunned either.
Leanne is doing the right thing ...and if Steve wants a say then he should get round and see Leanne ....but he just can't seem to get his head round it ....poor soul....Good writing and portrayals by the actors 👏👏👏👏👏
Is Nick that heartless and clueless to interfere, the fact he doesn't understand Leanne needs to have the funeral the way she needs to fulfil her love and spiritual connection with her Son. And Nick making little of her circumstances to the funeral director ... the funeral director has more empathy than Nick ... big baby walking off, no support for Leanne.
Of course he knows Oliver needs a funeral, but this episode is set the day after he dies. Nick is just worried Leanne is rushing into funeral arrangements too soon that’s all.
Normally I'd 100% agree with you, I've always despised Nick especially how he's been with David but in this case I think @@user-zw2hn9eu1l is right Leanne is obviously trying to keep busy to distract from the pain and she needs time to properly grieve so she can eventually move on.
This would of kill them inside. And I know how it is as I did this 4 years ago as I did this for my boy who pass at 16 week gestation. I choose the songs for him so I know how hard this would of been they done good
Can someone answer these questions? I haven't seen Corrie since Steve was married to Michelle. I know Leanne got pregnant with Oliver by Steve. Is Steve with Tracy now? Are they married? What happened to all the senior citizen characters? Are the elderly actors staying away because of COVID? Who is this kid Sam? who are his parents? Thanks so much!
:D Team Nick here , I love that he's treating Leanne the way she deserves to be treated, I dont feel any sympathy for her, I'm happy Michelle's curse bit Leanne and Steve that's what they get ! Team Michelle Connor !
Losing a child is never a curse. Leanne and Steve didn’t have an affair, they had a one night stand when they where both separated from nick and Michelle, it was Steve’s decision to lie to Michelle about having another son. Nick knew the whole time Oliver wasn’t biologically his. Nick isn’t treating Leanne in anyway in this scene either, he’s just worried she rushing funeral arrangements instead of taking time to process that Oliver has only just died.
I love Traceys character development. ❤🥰
Poor Leanne, I want to hug her so bad...
Me too when the episode of Oliver’s death came out I was in tears I cried throughout the whole episode yes I know it’s acting but still
Tracy has been so sweet

I agree I understand he’s trying however he’s got his other sun
@Abbie Hazel Florence Hunter im on Peter's side then Nick's side half the time
@Abbie Hazel Florence Hunter you 100% summed it up. Nick can’t get Leanne out of his head.

I know the song from Oliver's music box. It's Nocturne op.9 No.2 from Frederic Chopin
How do you get early access
Anyone else why Simon wasn't invited to the private burial🤔
Maybe Simon thought that Tyler was going to be there.
@@rossdelain1645 why would Tyler be there
@@rossdelain1645 plus I think Tyler already left then
just waiting for part 3

He’s with Tracy , I think the older characters can’t do filming with COVID
Sam is Nick and his ex Natasha kid
I found Nick annoying here Leanne is clearly grieving she doesn't need you yapping
Its potato bread
Think Corrie have something against poor Steve he's lost 2 sons bless him
Sorry Amy... it's a tattie scone.

It’s a good job this just a shoe because it shows how much of horrible person are let’s hope you don’t have to suffer from loosing a child.
@Highland paddy Michelle ftw !
@@sharlenenicol3373 Michelle was awesome talking to Steve like that , wishing his and his son rotting in hell
