Amazing playing and tones man, and I must say The Midnight brings out very good things of your playing, I´d love to see a synthwave side project from you!
Can you ever do a video with one of the rack units being used with a standard guitar amplifier? I think most of us are still living in the 80s and 90s simplicity of it all.
Very cool back in the eighties I had a 22 space rack with all the goodies in it and as time went on I just got nailing it down to all just the axeffects gear but it's all great stuff nicely done as always my friend.
Great clean sound! You should use the Mk. IV all the time. I’ve got too much stuff in the rack. The fact that there is so much good stuff with unique tricks encourages hoarding.
To date, only four Synergy SYN-2's with 8 modules feeding a SYN-5050 power amp, run stereo to Celestion Creamback M65 and H75. It's like having a pile of amps at your disposal. Controlled by a Morningstar MC8. Dirt simple MIDI control. Effects (as of now), are just a few I rotate in the loop of the Synergy system and sit on top of the rack. DigiTech Luxe for pitch shift and to split to stereo (has to be first), sometimes a simple Boss DC-2W is there instead. Boss MD-500, Boss RV-500 and Neo Instruments Ventilator II. I know the MD-500 has rotary, but I like the Vent II better. Plus, it's easy to just step on it here and there when I need it.
@@LeonTodd Hahaha , yeah you do more than that mate. Getting those rack units to work together as smoothly as you do and work as one whole unit can be nothing less than a head F&@k . Leon, you had the perfect timing! Your video is out and I just finished rewiring my rig. I have a JMP-1 I use with a Torpedo CAB, but my main thing right now is my IR-200 I use with a Boss EQ for boosting and tone shaping. For effects I use a H9 mostly with a DD-500 delay and a TC G-Major I have since it came out and which I use for some things like I don't have with the other gear or use the compressor which isn't bad at all. I have this all in a 3U rack with a patchbay and the pedals in a drawer. I just finished checking the connections and played a bit with everything on. It was a pleasure to play to what you had as a jam at the end.
That’s a nice rack and monstrous glorious tones, brother! I agree with you that Eventide’s reverbs are something of their own. I leave my H3000 on PGM 231 all the time and use my DSP4000 for verbs
