Congrats on the new boat! We have a 2021 Pro V 200 ET. I couldn't agree with you more about Boat County in Ripon. Before I purchased my boat, I contacted them multiple times just to find someone who could answer my questions about Hewescraft boats. They appeared uninterested and unprofessional. We eventually found and purchased our Pro V in Washington state and towed it back to Sacramento. Very satisfied with the sales team there we love the boat. We fish the SF coast, bays, and lakes. Enjoy!

Yes but mine doesn’t have that but similar .bought mine years ago so far it’s been a fun boat for my wife and I and friends also .. I just started TH-cam you can check it out on my old videos from years ago hopefully I can post some new one this upcoming fishing season to share with

I just wanted to apologize for my shotty work. I've learned to do better, I did this when I first started with boat country and in no way is this apology in corelation with them. This is my personal work and i dont like how i rigged your guys boat. That's not the standard I look to uphold or the quality I wish to provide. I'd be disappointed aswell. Again I'm sorry, I'm glad you guys are enjoying the boat.

I got my boat there also, the sale Guy was Ok, the service department lacks customer service and they provide poor quality service. Keep in mind it’s not their boat so they don’t care….best to do you own repair and customization if you have the skills.
I agree 1000% it’s hard to find quality service and these days. No one really wants to work!!!! But we just got 25 hour service done at a certified dealer. Everything else we do on our own, if allows. We’ve already done a couple customizations to the boat. Added some rod holders and such 🎣
We chose the Ulterra for the voltage 36V and mostly because we are keeping her in the California Delta which is fresh/brackish water, it’s warrantied with Boat Country!
@@shenandoahbryson I understand. But they make a saltwater version. It's the Ulterra Riptide and it's white. They also come in 36 volts. I was just curious because that black one was the wrong version if you're using in brackish to salt water. I hope Boat Country backs up their warranty!

But after speaking with the salesman and informing of what we’re using the boat for and where it would be stowed you would think a knowledgeable salesman would bring that up. But if it’s not warrantied and they don’t back us up, I wouldn’t be surprised! That would just go right along with how they conduct business. North River was our TOP choice. But realistically it’s just too big for what we’re doing right now!! The one we have is perfect … but I hear ya! Hopefully you’re getting good use out of it. Where (location-wise) do you mostly fish?

Who was your salesman… I dealt with Colton he was good.. but you’re right the service and their manager “Greg” is a total joke! They flat out don’t care about the quality of their work it’s a joke!!!
I remember seeing Colton there. Our salesman was Rich, he was inattentive and swift. Quality is not a priority for them nor retaining solid genuine clients. They will never get my business again!!
Yep wouldn’t recommend them to anybody they act like you can’t afford the boat because you’re not white enough or you can’t afford it or something so I took my business to Oregon clement marine
The service was subpar. The salesmen are a joke, they think we have to wait on them and that it’s our job to constantly call to check on the status. The workmanship and craftmanship of the extra equipment that was installed looks like it could have been that of an entry level apprentice. No pride in their work at all. Clearly just there for a check, barely knowledgeable about what they’re selling. Ugh! I get annoyed everytime I have to go back there mentally. Smh

Did you choose that Ulterra or did they? I only ask because it's not the salt water version and they won't warranty it if you use it in salt.
