Rich or not, both are grounded, decent and respectful young men. That's all I was saying. Remember that until after his troubles with the IRS, Willie Nelson lived on the road, gig to gig, and took care of his "family" entourage. He was by no means wealthy even into his 60's. [i just finished a bio and autobiography on Willie] thus my new obsession (musically!], Lukas Nelson!
I’m confused - would you be happier if instead of learning to play, write & sing, and then going out to pay his dues on the road, he had just stayed home collecting allowance and waiting for Willie to die? Creating opportunities for our kids is what most of us are working for. Like Warren Buffett said, “the purpose of wealth should be to allow your kids to do anything, not to allow them to do nothing.” Lukas is out there trying to do something. What more do you want?
