@qity5170 not exactly back in the day when they reworked wu kong the wu kong mains complained like crazy no matter what riot did to appease them. In one of the conversations with a random dev he mentioned that riot has over 200 years of collective game design experience and wu kong mains just let them have it. It didn't help that around the same time aphelios was released and that nailed the 200 meme down
Prior to patch 14.2 Briar gained increased healing from all sources up to 50% based on her missing health. This was reduced to 40% but with added scaling based on 2.5% of her bonus health. At the end Zwag had 6958 health. Briar at level 18 has a base health of 2290. This means an extra 116.7% increased healing based on missing health for a total of 156.7% increased healing based on missing health.

Reworks to champions won't matter much once RIOT introduces it's root-kit level anti-cheat "Vanguard", the same anti-cheat that drew a lot of fire from experts on how dangerous it was and caused Valorant to pretty much die on release. RIOT tried this before but the community's response ended it. Make sure we end it this time too.

Yeah, I wish old shojin with the MS was in, it'd be good. Could go bork as well for the slow/sticking potential.
Triforce, Cleaver, Stridebreaker (usable during W!), Force of Nature? Maybe even Warmogs - it might work, because it's a separate effect from natural regen. And it could heal very quickly, as Briar passively has bonus to all heals. All these items grant MS as well, especially Stride if used on a group.
Do you think Tri Force would be good on her?
Day 2 asking zwag to try Full AP malignance blitzcrank, i discovered that the New item malignance can proc on blitzcrank ult passive and it also has no cooldown you could try to make a dps build with nashors and lethal tempo + mana items.

I think you need to look into a tank Briar jungle game, because I'm not quite sure going Heartsteel is viable unless you're ganking a ton.

so when you read the health gain on E, (700+), you also then need to look at your passive. Briar Passive increases ALL healing by X%, so it was more like 1400 over one second at that point.
with how free people are to create new builds, blade of the ruined king and mortal reminder are now basically become ADCs staple items vs top lane bruisers. just have to wonder how riot will try to balance out the current OTK nukes.

Where? I don't see any. I see you healing to full, and I think you're lying to me.
It's like Riot wanted champions who revolve around self healing to have like 20x the healing they should, because heal reduction would make the champs useless. God forbid you don't have it and they still running you over.
Playing safe isn't an option, as we see then dive tower, heal the damage midfight, and walk away healthier than before it started.
i was Snickering so much during this gameplay. recently I've been trying Mundo, Only to find our Briar is Mundo 3.0 . My Favorite part is when as soon as you got the Triple kill mid Lane, the you checked the scoreboard and lux had anti-heal. but the FUNNIEST part of this video is when Udyr Salted you for being able to chase him down. and honestly...That's all I ever wanted from a champ....to chase cancerous Yortles and small champs.
Would you mind playing against teams closer to your real ELO? These games are fun stomps but it's hard to know if the build is good since you would beat them with any build. Thank you.
So glad they reworked briar instead of K'sante. Honestly he's in such a good spot and it would be problematic if they started working on champs that do everything like K'sante or yone instead of champs with one goal in mind like briar or cho'gath. So happy
Dang all these years and players in league are still so retrded that they think heal reduction does anything vs a champ riot designs to outplay heal reduction. Your playing against a bunch of no lifes that do stuff like build static shiv on kennen, because he mental boomed, since he is such a retrd he didnt know not to int to the new champ he obviously has no idea what it does or has never played against, and is probably just so no life that he knows all these things and chose to spend 30 minutes running it down. And yall decide not to report players like that, but if someone in your match explains it like im explaining it now you want them to get reported, because you all just like the game that enables narcissistic behavior.

Bruiser Zed is viable with HoB. I play it in the jungle. Sundered Sky and Experimental Hexplate work well. Botrk, cleaver, and steraks are all solid choices too.

The unending despair was part of the core build because Briar doesn't have regen. The new change affects all source of healing making unending despair broken source of healing.

You need to go MF with axiom arc, malignance, and experimental hexplate and ultimate hunter for the ultimate ult reset/cooldown.

I played against a Briar today ... I was the only person who built anti-heal, yknow, neither our jg or support
200 years of experience,
A braindead champion is busted for healing and stupid damage, so lets buff her to make her able to 1v4 with 1 item, deal the damage of an assassin while full tank, and heal to full hp mid fight with no healing items
Actually some buff to healing came from Spirit. But with the rest, I agree
Briar does what briar wants, I love that champ and I hate lethality on her, it’s gonna be so good building her right
