    보쌈 재료
    • 돼지고기 목살 1 kg (앞다리, 삼겹, 사태 모두 ok)
    • 양파 2
    • 대파 1~2
    • 마늘 한주먹
    • 미림 or 소주
    만들기
    1. 고기는 소금과 후추 간을 해둔다 (미림도 살짝 바르면 좋음)
    2. 냄비에 양파를 넉넉히 깔고 고기 올린다 (아주 듬뿍)
    3. 그 위에 대파, 마늘, 뚜껑 닫고 익히면 끝 (약불 50분~1시간)
    ❗ 중간중간 고기 뒤집기
    ❗ 다 익은 고기는 살짝 식혀 썰기 (모양이 잡혀 썰기 좋음)
    ❗ 물 안넣어도 채소수분으로 잘익음 약불 잊지 마세요
    겉절이 재료
    • 알배추 10장 정도
    양념
    • 고춧가루 2
    • 액젓 2 (멸치, 까나리 등)
    • 다진마늘 반스푼
    • 설탕 반스푼 (입맛에 맞게 추가)
    • 깨, 참기름 살짝
    만들기
    1. 배추는 깨끗히 씻은 후 썰어서 준비한다
    2. 위 양념을 넣고 버무린 후 20~30분 둔다
    3. 손으로 통깨를 으깨 넣으면 고소하다

      포켓몬스터의 파오리는 일본속담에서 따온것입니다. 오리를 잡았는데 파를 물고있어서 식재료인 파까지 구했다는 말인데, 우리나라로 치면 일석이조, 도랑치고 가재잡고, 일타쌍피 정도가 있겠지요. (•̀ᴗ•́)و

    I really like that your videos are all about food….simply prepared with few ingredients…AND no talking. You don’t try to sell cookbooks or groceries, or utensils. The focus is never on you. You must be very humble. Thank you! I was adopted out of a Korean orphanage and now live in another country. So it’s nice to know how easily Korean food can be prepared and enjoyed. I’m a big fan!!

      I hope your new country and new family have been good to you. I'm adopted, too. It's hard when everyone acts like you should be so happy about having been adopted. What's great about having been removed from your family of origin, not knowing medical history, and not looking like anyone in your family? I hope you're okay, and if not, there is help out there specific to adoptees.

    고기 삶을 때 소주를 넣어주면 알콜이 연육 작용을 하지만
    소주의 단맛을 내는 감미료는 열에 변형되면서 쓴맛을 낼 수 있지
    술을 넣고 싶으면 소주를 넣지 말고 미림 같은 맛술을 넣는 게 좋음

    물이 없는데 어떻게 삶지? 했는데 야채랑 고기에서 쭉쭉 나와서 정말 부드럽고 쫄깃하게 잘 익었습니다. 겉절이도 너무 맛있어요!! 복받으세요 항상
