Looming dangers from Arizona's abandoned mines

  • In 2023 Arizona's mine inspector’s office secured nearly 100 abandoned mines across the state, but there is still a lot of work to be done.

    There’s a little road leading up to a unmarked mine on the north side of white tanks with a gravel runoff visible from sun valley parkway, I was going to go in this horizontal mine when i approached I smelt a strong odor of piss and I knew right then this was a mountain lions den due to the scat around the entrance

      @@Bodiddly55 and I’m almost certain I found mountain lion scat because I could see that heavy indents in the ground from something 100lbs plus no way a coyote or deer

    The mines need to be fenced but not forgotten. A chance for miners & prospectors to work some of these mines back to life brings the old timers history back to Arizona🌟⛏️

      Must investigate ALL of these old mines - if only to find the bodies and human bones - and solve every single murder and cold case.
