Hi i have a question. Can you go on the roof for a nice view of the city at night? If yes do you have to rent a room to have acces or pay to go up?
Hi there, thank you for watching! Both the towers have a rooftop terrace and offer really nice views of the city! The rooftop terraces are accessible to tenants only.

Do you need to pay for using the washing machines and the game room?
The washing machines and dryers are paid and work with a tag, with which you can also reserve time slots on it. The game room is free of use and is located inside the restaurant. :)
Hi, can windows be opened in the apartments? It seems they cannot be opened.
Hi! Yes, the windows can be opened! Through a button, they open automatically by sliding vertically. ☺

Hi José! We love our furry friends, but unfortunately, pets are not allowed in our residences.
So which part of this small, styleless room do you call luxury?
Hmm.. it's a pity to hear the style doesn't suit your taste, but on the other hand, the world would be too boring when everybody has the same taste! 😉 For Rotterdam, these apartments are quite the luxury (and rare!) since it's newly and completely renovated with modern finishing, they are fully furnished and include a high number of facilities.

If you pay 5k€ per month, you can get a very stylish room elsewhere I guess. This apartment seems great by considering the other apartments in these prices barely have even a couch inside.
