Mango Madness: Dive into the Creamiest Mango Ice Cream Ever
3 Ingredient Mango Icecream
Ingredients
Mangoes- 4 to 5 ( big, ripe n sweet)
Condensed milk - 2 cups
Fresh cream/whipping cream - 2 cups
( If you are using fresh cream, it won't whip to soft peaks because of the less fat content.
Nevertheless, it would still taste rich and creamy)
Method
*Chop the mangoes .
*Remove 1/4 cup of them, keep it aside and puree the rest.
Do not add water at all while making the puree
•⁠ ⁠Add the cream (chilled thoroughly) to a bowl
•⁠ ⁠Whip it to soft peaks.
•⁠ ⁠Add the condensed milk and mango puree to it.
•⁠ ⁠Gently mix everything well .
•⁠ ⁠Transfer half of the ice cream mixture to a container.
•⁠ ⁠Spread the mangoes which were kept aside over it.
•⁠ ⁠Pour the remaining mixture.
•⁠ ⁠Cover it with a cling wrap and put it in the freezer for atleast 12 hours to set completely.
•⁠ ⁠Relish the ice cream topped with some freshly cut mangoes.
