      @@KEMOVEN_HOODWell, there is some possibilities:
A center break when it doesn't can maintain the exploitative world labour division. For example, when its periphery try to remodel its economy to no more to depend of it, such as some anticolonial struggles tried in the past. Frank says that it's just possible in an opportunous capitalism crisis - such as wars between the center countries, like WW1 and WW2 or even minor conflicts, or events like the crisis of 1929 in NY and the world - or trying to leave the capitalism system with socialism. But he was reconsidered it in his last books and even stopped to use the terms "socialism" and "capitalism".
It can also start to underdevelop when it adjust its economy to the other center development - for example, if it invests in beef exportation at a point that it pass to embase the economy, it will never develop if another country develop, if another people doesn't have consumption increase.
Can you understand me? I'm not English native speaker neither Economy student, but I read some of his scripts and I follow some specialists and professors about it. I also read a bit of the Brazilians Theotônio dos Santos, Ruy Mauro Marini and Vânia Bambirra, the other principal contributors to the Dependency theory.
I'm not defending these positions, but just explaining it as I understood. Well, I tend to accept them, but I'm open to other views.
