I do not like two story hiuses but I love this home. It has all the bells and whistles. Love the kitchen decor, that Entry, the Hallway leading to the Family Room, so wide. The two story Foyer, etc., etc., etc. I could go on an on, I just love everything about it.
Perfect home! Love the contemporary built of the outside. Very few Florida homes that aren’t mega mansions have that look. I Would definitely need a pool though.

I love houses Realtors vid. and have noticed they're mostly similar designs like cookies cutter...what's going on....they still beautiful but just wondering.
Love the art deco look exterior. The overall floor plan is very good. No a fan of the wall of triple slider doors -- I had that in a house and seldom is it not too hot or too cold or too humid or too plagued with mosquitos or houseflies to slide away that wall of doors. Also do not like that overly large kitchen island -- it is way to big to be efficient or to easily clean. Much better to have a smaller island and use the freed floorspace for a wall separating the cooking from the family room --- that would also mean another wall for hanging art work.
