- Well I wanted to check out Sturgis in May oh, that's what we did we also as you can see went to Full Throttle Saloon.
I've always enjoyed my time at the Full Throttle Saloon and today was no exception. Although there was only four of us in the bar besides the staff. We had a good time looking and everything and the bartender told us all about the improvements they have done to the bar which is plenty.
We took some photos and we took a lot of videos we hope you like what you see and know what to expect when you show up during the Sturgis 2020 80s motorcycle rally

I love that place!we stay there every time we go....but we've only been once so....we're strongly considering staying there again next year, if you like the music that's the place to be and its actually pretty quiet after the show is over, very fun place. We were there 2 years ago 2018 looks like they've done a lot of work, great video thanks!

Oh my goodness hon, I've seen you around YT, and watched a few of your older videos. Can't forget that hat, as it reminds me of Lemmy Kilmister from Motorhead. Not sure if you keep up with Insane Throttle, but if not I think you would enjoy Hollywood's biker news videos. Anyway, loved bikes all my life, and have a deep respect for bikers and their way of life. You and your lovely wife ride free but most of all safe.

I don't think I'm going to make it there this year either Gary, Spanky broke his hand he won't be able to ride his motorcycle. Means I would have to go alone and with all the scary shit out there nowadays. The wife don't want me going nowhere. And I'm starting to agree.

Me & my son went to South Dakota in June & we need up pulling through the parking lot & getting pictures! If Ms Angie drives a white SUV she pulled in & waved as we were driving out!
Gary...the building has been metal since it was built. You can buy panels of varying sizes that'll have stuff you choose to have engraved on them and then they'll put em up on the outside of the building until the exterior walls are filled!!! 12"x12" are $250 on side walls. 12"x12" on back wall are $500. And 24"x24" are $2500 on the front wall. Been like that since the git go. FTS was not insured when it burned to the ground. Only the office area was.

Bummed I am also not going this year can not isolate 4 14 days and go not enough vacation hopefully will be there next year and hopefully my usual campground will be left next year

So, full throttle is open in the off season for beer?
Thanks for the comment I don't think it's open year-round it's probably open before the season starts by a month or two like I said it was open in May when we were there. And they probably stay up week or two after the rally is over.

Did they move the location after the fire. Because there is a gas station across the street from it along with thunder alley and the camp grounds??.

Yes its been moved Bear Butte in the background is a sacred INDIAN BURIAL GROUND . I'M surprised Michael got to build that close to the Butte ! The old Throttle was just outside of the town of Sturgis . This location is more out in the rolling hillside outside of city limits .

That is the coolest bar have ever seen how much is a beer these days? I drank so much Budweiser at keg parties I can't stand Budweiser anymore. I don't drink very often but I like German beer
It wasn't outrageous when I was there but probably during the rally they jumped the price up of their alcohol everyone else does. But I'm sure it's 72 different types of beer you'll have one to choose from

I'm not sure if you read the whole article The City Of Sturgis SD put stipulations on the rally if covid test numbers go up before the rally is canceled if the numbers stay low it's on temporary venders must have personal protective equipment if they can't get it it will be provided to them by the city with mass testing being considered at $75-$150 dollars per person if mass testing is done and a person tested positive it would require them to self quarantine for 14 days or seek medical treatment prior to partaking in the festivities
Have you ever been to Sturgis? There's no way in hell they can test all those people. And a lot of those people would just say screw off and walk right by then. There's some bad asses out there that's for sure and there's also a lot of people that just don't trust the government. I don't think this would workout well

I have never really figured out why would anyone want to get tested? Either you have it or you don't you will know soon enough. Now they're saying if you're asymptomatic you can't spread it. That was from the world Health Organization. What do we believe?

They’ve added a lot since I was there last and I’m like Frosty who gives thumbs down on this.
I think a lot of people only tune in to Sturgis just to see tits and ass, and when they see my videos they are disappointed. They're not wanting to see the history or the beauty or the excitement that will be there when This Bar opens up to all of the motorcycle enthusiasts and just a short few weeks. There's more to Sturgis that I'm beautiful women although we do love to beautiful women

I see a lot of talk online about 1%ers playing patch police and taking cuts from people who have 3 pieces they didn't earn from a legit club, so I have to wonder what the club riders have to say about those 3 piece cuts this place is selling? It's kinda the last place on Earth I'd expect to see a 3 piece cut for sale off the rack that way really.
They do not sell patches, those are t-shirts or printed out sweatshirts stuff like that. I've been going for many years started in 1990 never seen any club give another club any trouble. I know it happens I've just not seen it. Also you can't wear your colors into any of the bars just about anywhere around Sturgis area.

How lucky were they that the old one burned down so they could take that 💰 and rebuild it. It looks the same mish mosh of junk that the first one had. Definitely didn’t invest much on it from what I can see! Are they still charging admission and $3 for 💦 water?
