Everyone in Phat is inhuman. How is this just a casual video drop? Some of the stuff here that you show the gap before you do - it is like "No, thats not a thing." And then you just get there. Me... personally... just all hyped on Abdullah. Movement is just pure and so powerful. I think you are seizing this summer.

Awesome movement from all of you guys! Good to see Arun (thats how the subs spell his name..) throw some in the mix! I see his wrist shake.. take care buddy.. I’ve been shaking my wrist in that same way after training and esp catpasses and stuff.. its meant 10 years of wrist pain, and turned out it was recoverable with some simple exercises. I was just overusing and didn’t have enough stability 🤦🏼♀️

Hey I want to ask you how do you select spots , do you take permission prior to doing parkour or you do it without permission, because I am learning parkour and people kick us out of places and ask us not to do parkour in public places
we never ask for permission to train at spots ahah unless we're already getting kicked off and might aswell try
