Agreed. Although I think it goes a little deeper than that. Some people use it to shame others or to change their partners habits and hobbies if they don't like it in the slightest
when women say they don't like "mamas boys", it doesn't mean they don't want someone who loves their mom, it means they don't want an adult man that is completely dependent on their mom. Its really common for young adult men to not know how to do basic chores + tasks because they never stopped asking mommy to do it for them. This in turn, means they rely on their girlfriends to take care of them like they're babies. No adult woman wants to have sex with a man that requires babying to survive.
