Is it enough to get consent letter from mother alone or should I have to get consent letters from all my siblings? 3. Or should I just do rent agreement with my mother? Is this enough instead of changing electricity bill all that? I can't get consent letters from all my siblings as some of my sisters and brothers are married and they don't stay in my house currently. I hope you understand this and help me.
