Dorian in the biceps. Ronnie in calves and triceps maybe the forearms too Phil in abs (I'm looking at all of them at their worst) The back is..... Honestly hard to decide. Maybe Ramy maybe Jay even? Probably someone from the 70's Quads is Brandon or Franco. Shoulders is Arnold. Glutes is again someone from the 70's since conditioning wasn't as good then. Worst overall physique is Dickerson.

It could have been something else of course but since Hadi is known for his top tier conditioning and was off right after he arrived in the us I think that's enough evidence

Hadi looked insane. Was super cut and his presentation was fantastic. I don’t agree with the placing at the Olympia. He’s definitely top tier. I could even see him winning an Olympia if he can edge out Ramey. Ramey is formidable now that he has achieved a far drier version of himself
Bonac has been downsizing in the last two years. If he came like he did in the Arnold, Hadi would stand no chance to him, even though I love Hadi's physique
Answer this if u could wake up tomorrow morning who’s physique would u want to have, my answer is Hadi. Side note this is the first time I’ve ever watching these type of videos and have only really just started watching/ paying attention to bodybuilding. Of corse I know who Arnold and Ronnie are but I’ve never paid any attention to bodybuilding until this year.
Not true Hadi is much wider, much better in the lat spreads, he looks alot bigger, Hadi has much better abs than Bonac, Hadi has and much better upper legs. Bonac is not as good as Hadi in my opinion and Bonac should have not beaten Hadi in 2019 either Hadi was clearly in 1st or 2nd. Bonac is good but not better than Hadi, definitely not anymore.
@@iambodybuildingyt221 yea I have noticed what u said once he did the pose with his hands on his hips. He fills it out way more, but I also notice he has really bad forearms. Like they also look no existent.
Bonac would end up like Dexter. He'll come in shredded year in and year out waiting for the top guys to come in a lesser conditioning. Otherwise he'll never win mr.O
With hadi in the picture he’ll never win. Hadi has quality conditioning only really matched by 2018 rhoden, and even at his most watery like in the Friday show 2020 he still shows an obvious edge to even bonac
Hadi's weaknesses are in his extremities, the forearms and the calves, making him appear imperfect but still relatively balanced from head to toe in most poses. Everything else is extremely strong. Bonac's main weakness is his midsection basically matching the width of his clavicles, and because it's literally the 'core' of the body, it damages basically every pose except the side shots and maybe the MM Other than that, they've got comparable conditioning and posing skill, but Hadi having more size and better aesthetics for a mass monster (dude can still hit a bit of a vacuum) just makes him the clear winner imo
Great video Tom, i honestly cant believe how shitty william looks in the front double biceps + i think you can Milk some more content from the 2020 mr O
Yeah for sure. In my eyes he was the deserved winner in 2019 but it was his Olympia debut so they wouldn't give it to him even though he deserved it, he got peoples champ for a reason.
If Hadi develops his back side and his forearms specifically the brachioradialis, he'll be a very tough contender. The small forearms make his biceps insertion look very poor.
Please keep covering Hadi! He's the wild card imo and sunbelt someone the fans appreciate. He won't ever beat a 95% Big Ramy but if anyone shows up off he can easily pass them.
Good call, Tom. Could certainly make a case for Hadi taking 3rd or even 2nd there. Well, he was 2nd in the night show! So who knows how things would've pan out... Have a great weekend.

The sport of bodybuilding can be so subjective, even going so far as comparing people to an idea of a proper body, that I hate that "genetic limitations" is used against people instead of looking at what they're able to achieve with what they have. Bonac was still good just everybody was better. I don't think he can do anything about it. In my opinion Bonac has already peaked and maxed out his physique I don't think he can get any better at this point. I would still lean slightly toward Hadi, especially given that he improved at the finals, but I seem to rate Bonac a bit more than you do.
I think it's a problem with pose execution for Bonac. He came in bigger and just as cut as in 2019 when he [debatably] beat Hadi and Hadi came in arguably better in 2019 so what's the deal? Compare how he poses with how he posed, say, in 2017. -He hits his FDB with his chest too far out as if he were hitting a RDB and this isn't optimal. -Same with his FLS when before he crunched down a bit and this have him a Phil Heath-esque pop at the cost of a little height. ----He hits his SC like ROnnie Coleman without pushing his arm back. Agreed. He's leaning back in the FDB as if it's a BDB. Assuming his shoulder mobility is ok, there's no advantage to doing this as it makes the chest practically disappear. The ST is still very good but it used to be great when he did that leaning stance.
I would've liked to see Hadi in second, Phil in third. Sorry, I just struggle to see Brandon in the top three because of the legs, easily the weakest in the top six. It's Mr O, not "Mr Upper Body", eh?

This is at best a tie, no way Hadi takes the side tri with those weak tris. And I have bonac winning fdb as well. That said, I'm not a big fan of Bonacs physique overall, I think his best look was the slimmer 19 Olympia.
Honestly I think Bonac is kinda shit outta luck for the rest of his career. With guys like Brandon Ramy and Hadi all who have way better structure and lines, not to mention upcoming younger guys, Bonacs gonna have a hard time because he simply just looks small next to these other guys.
Believe me nobody could defeat Hadi at conditioning area I think He had the best conditioning and believe me or not he was better than Phil Heat totally! The only reason made Phil superior in my idea was his past acheivements which 4th place for him would have harmed Olympia Values!
Bonac was much worse last year while Hadi was very similar maybe a little bit smaller and more shredded. However, judges thought Bonac was better. Unbelievable...
Pre judging 1 ramy 2 Brandon 3 bonac 4 hadi 5 heath Finals 1. Ramy 2 hadi 3 Brandon 4 bonac 5 heath Real results 1 ramy 2 Brandon 3 hadi 4 bonac 5 heath Judging was better but there's no way heath was pos 2 prejudging..... no funking way.....
Bonac looks too flat, depleted, may be he over dieted...too far away from his best look which was in Arnold Classic last year..Hadhi is denser especially from behind, always comes in good condition..the only problem he has his arms, which look underdeveloped, mainly forearms.. otherwise he is very tough to beat..

I can't tell who are you talking about? Who is Haddi? Next time please call out there number, for us who don't follow the sport.
Hadi = red trunks
Bonac = blue
Idk why bonac changed the style of his front double
Stop snorting the Trenbolone. Its making you confused.
Saturday night Hadi vs Phil
The more I see of these high def comparisons, the more I like Phil...
Honestly I think Bonac is kinda shit outta luck for the rest of his career. With guys like Brandon Ramy and Hadi all who have way better structure and lines, not to mention upcoming younger guys, Bonacs gonna have a hard time because he simply just looks small next to these other guys.
An advert after only 1 MINUTE. I'm out.
Structure, width and height, not on his side
To be frank Akim looked better and more impressive than both. I feel like both get exposed by tall big bodybuilders
Ab and thigh I i like Hadi then Ramy think Phil is last in this one. His midsection is really bad.
Hadi is using seo everywhere
No worries, we are accustomed to getting flack
His legs look awesome
Hadi was a clear top 3 guy
Phils physique is so unappealing now. He looks sooooo diff.
5:20 Akim is dwarfing Brandon !
Hadi should be in 2nd or 3rd and William shouldn't be in the top 6 because he is boring and huge overrated
Hadi is just insane, Bonac will come in better next time.
Yep Hadi was robbed in 2019 Mr O,
Hadis legs are just about as big as Ramis
Pre judging
1 ramy 2 Brandon 3 bonac 4 hadi 5 heath
Finals
1. Ramy 2 hadi 3 Brandon 4 bonac 5 heath
Real results
1 ramy 2 Brandon 3 hadi 4 bonac 5 heath
Judging was better but there's no way heath was pos 2 prejudging..... no funking way.....
In fact I almost gave heath 6th...
Bonac should have beat heath at least ffs
Bonac looks too flat, depleted, may be he over dieted...too far away from his best look which was in Arnold Classic last year..Hadhi is denser especially from behind, always comes in good condition..the only problem he has his arms, which look underdeveloped, mainly forearms.. otherwise he is very tough to beat..
