The snout of the giganotosaurus is a bit shorter than a t rex and has three fingers but you don't need the three fingers really but yeah that's all really
Those details can be really hard to get, if I wanted to make the head shorter I would probably have to make a Completely different head, and then it wouldn't look similar to a t-rex.
