I swear this song is editing itself in between listens. Takes so much focus it's never the same beast. This is the kind of track that breaks opinions of what you thought you were into. Unbelievable.

Very aware of his existence but don't know where to begin if I were to really explore his discography. Suggestions? I love Nanou 2, is there anything else with piano/silence like that?
Well he likes to put these piano songs here and there to confuse everybody. Avril 14th is another one, a very very complicated piano song indeed. His style is ever-changing, as a first-impression package I'd suggest the following tracks: Lichen, Rhubarb, Milkman, Xtal, Come to Daddy, Fenix Funk 5, Ageispolis, Phonatacid, XMD5a, Produk 29. That should give you a good perspective of his various works, but if you're especially into ambient, he has a set of records called "Selected Ambient Works"
Wonderful. I appreciate the detailed response! Will have to get to work on those later today, have only listened to two of them. I am in a place in life where ambient is very welcome, so that should be a good place to begin with something complete. Thanks a bunch!

+Museicization Nico is one of my favourite artists, 'Space...' and 'Psychic' are two of my favourite records ever. I deeply regret not seeing Darkside when they came to Italy. I was the happiest man on earth when I read his name in this year's C2C line up, but when I saw (dj) right after his name, my enthusiasm waned. I mean, I never heard him djing, I'm sure he is terrific, but I would have preferred a performace of his own material instead.
