When I started Remake my friend, who already beat it, said "They haven't even left Midgar yet!" I beat Remake and wow... it only covered a very tiny portion! There is soo much here! Can't wait to see what they're going to put in next in Remake!
8:05:08 - I liked the chance to play this game off of the PSN...but this part PISSED ME OFF. Every time they take an old game and put it on a new console, they end up messing something up with the audio, and this was no exception. What was SUPPOSED to happen, like in the original game, is they were supposed to keep looping that one part of the main theme right until this point...and then it starts playing that one part where the song come to the first climax...and it hits RIGHT as Cloud lifts up Sephiroth by his own sword. Then a few seconds later, RIGHT as it hits the second climax, is when Cloud throws him into the mako reactor. It gave me such chills the first time...and the audio on the PSN version ruined it...

@@Devil_Slayer Ahaha did you ever do it with the originals? And by the way, today I always use the names from the story. But when I was a kid I named Cloud: Max, Tifa: Amy, Aerith: Christy, Barret: Ark, Cid: Reagin, and Red XIII: Tiger.
so basically this is the gameplay if we did not introduce the random enemy encounters and the step count to get to specific locations on the world map of ff7 and lastly and also I noticed that the gameplaay has a lot of missing scenes
I'm planning to replay this game with original names but I know a TH-camr out there who's does nothing but final fantasy games has a movie version too WITH original names
Going to replay it and upload with orginal names ^^ I am just a small TH-camr, nobody was watching this until the remake came out. Had known this video was going to bow up after the remake came out, I would have kept the Original names

Advent Children comes canonicaly 2 years after the events of this game. Then the remake takes parts of the original game and modify other bits. The story told in the remake is somewhat different while still the same at some points

Changing the names was really distracting and annoying.
Guys stop complaining about the name changes. He had to play the entire game to record for us, let him enjoy the names whoever he wants
