Riot of the Blood Iori isn’t triggered by Iori himself tho. It’s due to other Orochi/Hakkeshu who currently are in no position to do such. Also, tbh regular Akuma could have done it imo, Shin Akuma just for the fans

Rugal can't control the Orochi power ... but Yagami can't control it either (hopefully he dominates the Yaotome) xD Iori in KOF canon history (combined with the skill of power and dominance over him) will never be his prior to Gouki. The one who can fight and even defeat the "master of fists", is Goenitz.
