i don't think people fully appreciate the level of clutchness. he's won three ROUNDS with OT goals. 2nd, WCF, SC. only one other guy has 3 round winners in OT, and only Kane has 3 w one being the Cup. first two career hat tricks were in series clinching playoff wins. only career shortie was to tie game 5 in the closing seconds of a 2-2 series, in a year his team went on to win the Cup. 2 goals in game 5 vs Boston in a 2-2 series, solo zone entry vs whole Boston team to start the tying play very late in game 6. primary assist on GW goal in clincher vs Tampa, then putaway goal on a one timer. had the primaries on both Team USA goals in the gold medal game in 2010, bringing them back from down 2-0 in the 3rd - also caught Crosby on a breakaway late. the stuff he did in the playoffs to the Kings, Wild, Canucks, Preds, a few others, is really crazy. just endless tying and go ahead and putaway goals and primaries in playoff games. and he would do it w highlight reel stuff.
That last goal could’ve been so much more legendary if there wasn’t an awkward delay to confirm it went in. Kane was the only person in the building or watching on TV who knew it was a goal. Edit: After watching the highlight again Chicago’s #10 (Amonte?) also saw it go in. So there was 2 of them.
Going to be the greatest American hockey player ever born and he came from Buffalo New York and he will end his career in Buffalo by in free agency or being traded to Buffalo he will be a Buffalo Sabers player by July 2023 and win the Stanley Cup with his hometown team just like he did in Chicago
Patrick Kane is probably one of the most clutch players in playoff history . Scored so many big goals and series clinchers
Pens fan here, but I must agree with this. Kane is a gamer, always clutch

big players come up in big games, and kane is a giant.
If you look up the word clutch in the dictionary, it’s just a picture of Patrick Kane
4:05 When he was the only one in the arena that knew he scored
As a hawks fan this brings me back to the good old days
Nothing will be as good as Kane , toews , Seabrook, Keith
I’m here cuz I’m sad that he’s gone but will cherish all the memories
It’s sad bro it’s fucking sad favourite player growing up as a kid
it hurts more everyday.
These days it would be an act of God if ANY Blackhawks got ANY playoff goals.

That’s what makes it great
Nah that’s what makes it legendary
Flyers fan and I was watching and I knew it was in and it was over just because of how sure Kane was😂
#10 is Patrick Sharp. But if you're as good of a goal scorer as Kane is, you know if the puck went in or not.
Sharp saw it too and at least one of the Flyers d-men saw it immediately. not a huge reaction but you can tell he knew immediately.
gonna be so weird seeing him in a redwings jersey lol
this video brought me back to my childhood
Kucherov watches helplessly with no stick in his hand as Patrick Kane wins the Stanley Cup.
This is why is the best American born nhl player
Just realized how much kane just absolutley roofs his backhander against specifically MIN.
As Wild fan Kaner is just pain
Da BEST! What memories!
this now needs an update after the goal he had the other night for the rangers
The backhand is lethal.
It's about damn time.
1 word for ya.
Showtime
He just owns the wild
Kane feasted on Devin Dubnyk. Good lord.
Imagine being in the same division as prime Kane. Nashville, Minnesota, St Louis, I feel sorry for you guys
Certain teams that Kaner had their number--MN and NSH were two.
3:05 you gotta love Kelly Hrudy just absolutely butchering one of the most iconic goals in Hawks history like bro please be quiet for a second 💀💀
Hes now a ranger 😔
He's collecting the original 6 infinity jerseys.
