Hi, your video cut right at the part I needed, (unless I missed what you clicked on to insta-portal to the mailroom). How did you get back to the mailroom after going to the grave? I got the letter from the postmaster saying they (and Katy) need help. I went back to Dalaran and the portal isnt by the pet cemetary/behind tailorer anymore. And I didn’t get a followup quest after clicking the Mimiron grave thing.
The pipe by the pet cemetery should be clickable. I show it earlier in the video. From the grave I just hearthed/ported back to Dalaran and clicked on the pipe to enter the mailroom.
I was poking around and found the pipe! It's in the Broken Isles version of Dalaran. Not the Crystal Song one from the main city portals! Apparently most players got the Dalaran hearthstone toy which takes you straight to the Broken Isles Dalaran. Hope you find it :)
