keithcarter74 they don’t shift , speed is controlled by the flag man he has a hand held control device . When the race begins he turns up the speed on all carts , if there is a caution the flag man switches all carts to idle speed . This guy is acting like he’s shifting
Jeff Muha, They are shifters during the week. I believe auto only on weekends unless you have a special group. If your group crashes a lot at full speed, they may slow karts to a more manageable speed. All slow during yellows for worker safety.
I havent been on the other race track it starts with an N but it was shut down due to sensors not working on family and friends night but other than that it got working again.
LMAO you guys do know those shifters are connected and that its electric and no engine or gear box lmfao also one of the reason I know this is fake is bc when he slows down it should take longer to sped back up since he didn't down shift on the corner it should've been slower accelerating being that high of a gear you can se that when he up shifts down the straight away he would have to downshift to keep the corner speed (:

Slightly faster, but similar speeds are possible in auto.
They allow 1st - 4th gear depending on race. It kinda sucks because it resets on caution but it really helps with launches.
Are go pros allowed did they give you any trouble on wearing one???
No troubles. Ours is on helmet chin here.
Our only issue indoors has been K1 unless its a private event. A lot of outdoor tracks have "insurance issues" with helmet cams.
