Love this deck! I have the non-budget version of this deck (originally by Magic Aids) and it's fast as hell but just different enough to throw off people expecting Boros Burn. Oh and try throwing in *Molten Vortex* in testing. It turns all your unwanted land draws into shocks.
Looks like a lot of fun. I will note that the music is really loud, at least on my work laptop's iffy speakers. Not sure if other people noticed that or if it's just me.
As someone who plays a lot of burn, my advice is to board in Skullcrack against Affinity. Etched Champion is used a lot as a blocker because it gets "Protection from Colors," and protection is considered to be a prevention of damage. However, Skullcrack's second line of text says that damage can't be prevented, so, if they block your Swiftspear with an Etched Champion, you can use Skullcrack to kill their dude.
I like that you made sure that your budget list was just relatively budget rather than making the deck take a significant hit in playability to make a certain price point
