Thanks for the video, my mum was evacuated there during the war from Liverpool. As a family we went back for a visit about 30 years later. It's a lovely place to visit.
Grange over sands looks a beautiful place. My mum and dad spent there honeymoon there back in 1948. Am sure most of it including the walk along the promenade is still there!
This seems to be such an interesting place, I hope I can visit sometime in the future when all this is over. Seeing and sharing places like this is why I love traveling and make videos so much! And please keep up the great job! Subscribed!!
hi i lived in grange in the 60s and 70s i also worked there in late 80s at a garage must do a road trip bk up to my old stomping ground and take my dji friend lol also when i was a kid and even up until the late 80s there was no sea grass it was all rocks and sand up to the prom i see the bandstand years ago it had glass windows i shot a lot of them out with a catapult boy did i get into trouble ps love the music i must learn to edit my shit
I find it almost ridiculous that several things are missing from this video. To start off with no Jimmy Mohawk, no Shaws Of Grange. Two new businesses which have at their helms local musical icons of the town. Yes indeed, Jim and Scott have done for underground skatepunk in this town what Liam and Noel Gallagher did for shite haircuts and silly little round sunglasses in the 90s. Also, the ducks are overrated. They're just waterproof chickens. Drink Jimmy Mohawk Premium Spirits.

It won't have changed very much!
Thanks so much for the feature! We are making significant progress with plans for the restoration at the moment. A fully restored Lido is in sight!
Fingers crossed!! Your website was a great source of information and inspiration
Enjoyed - much obliged. I hope to visit in July along with staying in Cartmel.
Thank you for such an informative video!
I am really pleased to hear the news about the Lido😁
Thank you Karen! Would be great to see the Lido at least partially restored.
A true Lancashire gem of a place. Love it

Damn it. Nobody told me there was a skatepunk scene in Grange🤔. Right up my street🎸😀
I say a scene. There's us two.
My point about the ducks still stands 😂
