We have both mind of child and an adult. When you start listening to a complicated concept, the child awakes and insist you to avoid and divert to something else. When you listen to very simple thing, the adult mind insists you skip it as it is very simple and you already know it.
A good teacher finds the sweet spot between the childish mind and the adult mind to make a balance.

If I'm not wrong, I think XIRR helps calculate that.

I use tax2win . They have capital gains package for just 2200/- for filling.
You can file in income tax website directly. This website has become way more user friendly of late. I am filing taxes directly on the website, cutting down the middle man

Hi Madam, vasanth here. I never thought i would start search about equities, markets , MF even to the least about insurances. But i started. Got confused with lot of terms, left in between because i read them from lot plotforms i could get the true meaning. But when i started following your videos on youtube in this lockdown period on a daily basis, i got to know lot of things with true meaning. Infact it gave proper direction what should i do to be financially independant. I started annalyzing the FMCG market for investment and i have bought HUL shares with proper analysis got a profit of 1200/₹ in just in march. I am doing lot of research on these now properly.
