I ran both the utilities as you advised. My CPU processes reduced from 192 to 159, threads from 2979 to 2654, handles from 91k to 66k. I think it reduced boot time as well. Thanks! (Microsoft Defender had blocked the bat file)

After running this script the Cloud Delivered Protection and Automatic Sample Submission has been disabled in Windows Security. And its not permitting me to enable it. How to enable them plz help. Or is it ok to if these two services are disable?
