I would keep F35. Half arable, little bit of a meadow, then either a solar farm, production area, or yard extension maybe. You get three uses out of one field that way
Next tractor should be the Landini 7-230 Robo-Six, 225hp max and is very good-looking. Plus you haven't used it yet!

I kind of like the look of the Deutz series 7 TTV currently in the store £105k for 247HP is hard to beat.
@Charlie Bridgman You are very mistaken.
Keep F35, split the field, bottom section grass, (cut down a few trees to make it a little bigger), and top section (from where it widens), make an arable field or 2. The small patch by the BGA, could be a production area or animal pen. Also, if you do sell F35, make sure the BGA is not tied into it. Although the BGA is a production now, it could still be linked to the field like it was in FS19!

The very first I ever saw was you and Chainsaw doing a co-op was on fs 19. ever since then, I became hooked on your videos.
After harvest you could convert field 36 to grass - it has kind of a tight entrance for a harvester, but is easier for mowing equipment.
You should have sufficient hay/silage for the cows for many months.
Hey Dag! Love the video, keep up the great work! What you should do instead of selling F35, keep the little rectangle beside the trees and plow up the rest, therefore you have a small grass feild and a decent arable field out of one! You could also buy another little grass feild and then have one for Hay and one for Silage.
That is why i don't make round bales . You have all the wasted space in the shed because you can't put another roll of bales on top of them . If you had made square bales you could of stacked them to the ceiling .
in the mod hub there is a auto bail stacker that caries 48 and is real cheep.... great film
This is the perfect baler to use a loader with because you can keep a bale on the wrapper until you have a second bale and dump both at the same time
Grass work is always good viewing. Relaxing stuff.
Really like the map, but it would be good to hear some of the interaction between you and Chainsaw!

What I was saying is it's pointless to hear them speak to each other as having 2 people talking in one stream is annoying af. And two who would it benefit no one as dags videos are solo videos at time of publishing. I don't wanna hear some other person in the background mumbling and stuff.. Daggerwin produces his video of himself playing. And chainsaw timelapses so audio in a completely void point
I agree huge fields can become very tedious, that said when I played on the map your other series is on, I used the largest field you just bought as a grass field since I had many many cows and sheep to work with. Animals were my primary income. But normally I would be with you completely and go with smaller fields with many different crops
It would have been good if you had bought the New Holland or the Deutz in the sale and sold the Massey since you need a bigger tractor sometimes.

A 8.7M tedder and a 9M windrow is a good combo. Makes it easier to windrow everything. The auto stacker is so worth it.

I would keep field 35 and use it to make corn chaff for silage, You can buy or lease the lacotec located in the forage harvester header section but only allows a 4.5 header to attach to it but with 2 of yall it would technically be 9 meters which is the widest header you can get for forage harvesting. plus you can attach a loading wagon on the back and that would work for collecting the chaff like having a trailer. I would suggest leasing it for the job when you need it would be pretty good and out right buying the equipment for both of you guys is actually cheaper then just buying the cheapest forage harvester and that doesn't include the 9 meter header aswell. That pit you guys have would be the perfect size for 35 to be made into a chaff field imo.
regarding the baler size you can always install the bale capacity mod that's in the mod hub Love the videos
There is something satisfying about doing grass, hay, or silage, I have a massive field in western wilds and it’s so satisfying to cut and bale
Definitley think you should have purchased the Deutz cheap, especially since your thinking of switching to more arable approach the extra horsepower will come in handy and at that price its a steal!
Suggestion, windrow the grass that’s going to be used for silage/feeding first, then ted for hay….you won’t get “contamination” in either…
Also keeping the grass field is almost required if your keeping animals…you could just jump cut the process as well, anyone that’s ever done animals knows what’s going on so it’s not a major loss, but it is a time sink for you??

I think I am one of the few people in the world that prefers silage bales to loose silage methods. I just find the loose carting to be way too tedious. I find it much faster to do 220cm square bales, wrap them then use a nice autoload flatbed to move them around. Not that I don't use my silage silo too just for a change of pace, but I prefer to bale. I just find it relaxing.
There is a baler/wrapper combo that dose 150mm rounds as well as 125mm it's the Pottinger that's next to the Claas you bought but it is 20k more but if your spending 80k whats another 20k but it is 2 ton heaver. That bale loader you bought is dope great value and capacity, you can also give it some reverse while unloading to push the bales up to a wall or other bales and keep them nice and tight.
You can get round balers that do bigger silage bales
35 could be worth keeping, keep the skinny part grass then plow up the rest. That way you can buy just a small grass field if it's still needed

You mentioned how hay is faster than Silage in your survival series but I think you are mistaken on that assessment. Hay=ted,windrow,bale Silage=windrow,bale,wrap. My assessment is that tedding will take longer than wrapping because to ted you have to drive over the whole field to wrap you go from bale to bale. They probably are similar in time taken but I don't expect one job to be significantly faster than the other

I don’t think it’s even been given to giants for testing, GBModding has been really busy with work and 2 small children, and that’s left him with now time to work on the map
@@philash824 he made a facebook post a few months ago with a screenshot of Attingham park being submitted for testing
@@anthonycortina3664 yeah and and also on his Facebook page he wrote that it had failed testing. It may of been in the comments of that post
@@anthonycortina3664 he posted on the 4th of may that it had been submitted and in the comments he wrote this “Attingham failed testing unfortunately, I have done all the fixes but am also adding some improvements to the map before I resubmit in the next few days, thanks for being patient 👍🏻” and since this post he has said numerous times that being stupidly busy with his business plus looking after his 2 small children, modding has taken a back seat
After the co op series is over you could do another one but with multiple fs TH-camrs but have team and the first one to a goal wins

Should look into the selectable bale mod which can go up to 4x the size and the pottinger baler if for round balers with the wrapper on it
Here’s me using my raisin head, but if you bake hay in the sun, wouldn’t it make more sense for the grass to turn a lighter shade of green, then you flip it to cook the other side?
that duetz thats in the used machinery is 200+ so you should get it and its fast
You should split the field in to 2 and have 1 grass and 1 wheat
It would be good to hear you and chainsaw chatting ingame as a team. Watching the series is enjoyable but it feels like you are using Chainsaw as an AI worker as opposed to a team mate!!

Where does everyone get all the cool car n truck mods I cant find them on ya standard mod page even like John deere ride ons etc just old crap ones no lambos etc
Unfortunately, most are found on 3rd party sites, or modders Facebook pages. And whilst most look good, a few are good, most are shockingly useless. Probably why half don't make it to modhub! Save yourself the hassle, don't worry about the looks!

Starlink is decent speed satellite bit expensive but for sure would make your work way handier, and enable the chance of streaming.
