Love your brain being put to good use, you always figure things out. Still miss your shows "Alaska the Last Frontier." I never missed recording a one so I could watch when I wanted. Your children are adorable. Keep up the good works!!!! God Bless your family!!!
Better than most episodes of Alaska, The Last Frontier. Discovery has nothing on you. Project from beginning to end, success and really fun. Thanks, Guys! Great filming and editing as well.
Fell like U guys are family! Suggestion, next time squirt some Marvel Mistory Oil in all cylinders before turning eng over a few times with S plugs removed. Also a little down intake, hopefully get some lub to valve guides, ect. Dry Engine 😊 Have a Great Day.
We always enjoyed the TV show. And now your own channel on TH-cam is way better without the network drama. Have a wonderful, blessed day, and thank you for sharing. You all look amazing.
If there’s anything I’ve learnt from watching you and Otto over the years is that there isn’t an internal combustion engine in existence that you can’t fix. You’re the motor whisperers.
I remember when your Dad got a face full of gasoline. Fortunately he acted quickly with the bread to soak it up from his mouth, and was hosed down to prevent absorption through his skin. I hope that he has recovered well after his altercation with the cattle, regards to all on the homestead from the North West of England, UK.
I just watched you build an awesome motorcycle from all sorts on our version of paid network television here in South Africa, I'm blown away by how cool it is. Absolutely mad and so Alaskan, love it.👍
I wish alaska the last frontier was still on TV but I'll bet youguys are happier not having to deal with the whole production crew and what they want thankyou for sharing with us I enjoy seeing what you guys are up to these days
Wow we can totally see where your dad has handed down the skills for getting things repaired and working again. Way to go sir; so impressed with you getting it moving. You have a great camera person too.
I remember the long time ago I think it was 2019 because of the covid that your mom rose flowers for like weddings and stuff like that they were really beautiful I would love to see those again please and thank you😊❤🎉😮
For anyone that thinks stuff like this is fake and all planned, you’ve never lived like this. My husband and his brother are AMAZING at figuring out and fixing machines like this and other stuff! After being married awhile, I know they can make just about ANYTHING work, even if it has sat for decades 😅👍
warmest greetings from Pontassieve, province of Florence, Italy, Kircher family, I envy you for the courage you have in farming and raising horses, dairy cattle and beef cattle like the cow-calf line you are doing in Alaska! (I saw that your Kubota tractors look like the old Fiat tractors sold in the United States under the Heston brand!)
Another good video From Kilcher Homestead... Also I Remember the Episode That Otto got the gas in his face just like it was Last week...& Man... I bet it took 2 or 3 days to get the taste of Gas outta his mouth!!!!
Greetings from Pontassieve, province of Florence, Italy. In my 2001 Suzuki Jimmy 4x4 I used Liqui Moly Mos2 Leitchlauf 10w40 as engine oil and then I added Liqui Moly Ceratec as an anti-friction agent.
That is so cool something that for and you got is running in no time. You are your father’s son. I can’t wait to see what you have planned for your next adventure.
Should have left the fuel line off and poured fresh gas in to rinse it out a bit before filling it up I always do that with the projects I work on it's better than letting bad gas that has moisture in it mix with your new fuel it can cause issues with the carburetor
If your ever in a bind can fix plastic with ashes and crazy glue I used it on my atv a few times I still have the aluminum replacement parts I was supposed to swap with haha
I just came upon your Dad's channel and then yours. I used to watch you guys all of the time on "Alaska The Last Frontier" and really missed keeping up with you guys. I noticed on this video three boys in the background and I believe the last time I saw you and your wife you just had you first child; time flies. I look forward to following your adventures again. I'm an old (74) HVAC guy and one of the first things I learned early in my career (early 1970's) was from a then older worker who told me "Always remember, to get an oil burner (and by extension any gas or diesel engine) to work you need three things, air, fuel and spark". You surely learned quite well from your Dad over the years.
My dad used to own an asphalt paving company. So a lot of packing dirt, gravel and hot asphalt. The way he raught me was the water on the tank was to help with sticking. He would always wet the dirt and gravel with a hose to help with compaction if water was needed.
When I was 13 I put a Wacker packer engine on a 24" bike frame with little wheels and tires and a Maytag washing machine belt clutch. It was a 2 cycle engine of about 2 1/2 h.p. The Wacker packer I knew of bounced around on black top or gravel and had handles like a bike. P.S. I think I'd have put a new piece of hose on that pump to see if it works before I put that new one on. Save a buck er' two. Nice how to video.
Only at 3:39 but I had to jump in here and say that your videography is fantastic! If the rest of the video is as informative and artistic, I will be a very happy bunny. Thanks for the educational entertainment.
Hey Eivin! Im really enjoying watching all your stuff . . it's the natural progression from A.T.L.F. and you're doin it so effortlessly! Much love to you and your family from Stockport, England. Pete 🏴 Please send your pops our best wishes too.❤
Miss watching the Kilcher’s on Alaska the last frontier, but happy you and Otto have a TH-cam channel I can follow. I’m not mechanically inclined so I enjoy watching your ingenuity. Seems there’s no end to your talent (mechanically speaking). Thank you for sharing your homestead journey.
I am so happy that I found you guys again I used to watch you all the time on the Discovery Channel or whatever Channel it was, and I would love to one day come to Alaska and meet you guys or even just come to Alaska
Did i hear Eve behind the camera? Good job on the Wacker, i remember years ago on telly in the UK, Eve said that Alaskan men weren't like other men, they are very capable men and she wasnt wrong, there's not much you cant fix or build Eivin, ive watched you all for years on telly and you all look pretty capable to me, you and your whole family i believe are really good role models too. I did like and subscribe, thank you.
You are just like most of us, we tend to wait until we NEED something before working on it. Unfortunately for me i never seem to have the time needed to accomplish it so then there is STRESS. If i can learn anything from you and your family it would be to take it a bit slower, itll work out. Thanks for posting, wewere missing you guys!
That roller compacter came to life pretty easy all things considered. some TLC and maintenance and it should do well for a while. Also looks like it will be useful.
You and otto remind me of my good friend here in north georgia who can work magic with engines. You could pour a cup of gasoline on top of a wooden fence post and wrap a starter cord around the post and pull it and the post would crank up and run. He is good just like you and otto
I also grew up learning to save anything that may be useful. I had to teach my wife and show her that "recycling and reusing" what can be reused is not hoarding, but being sensible and thrifty. It is so sad that we have become a "throw away" society.
So glad to see on TH-cam, long time fan of the show, and I will say thanks to the outdoor boys, all is right with the world again, I get my Kilcher fix. Props to Eve for the great camera work. Love from down under.

Ditto to that, much better 👍🇬🇧
I’m super pleased to know both you and Otto each have your own TH-cam Channels. I’m dedicated to watch your family.
😊Rock on Kilchers!
Thank you so much!

It’s been fantastic watching you. Your dad must be proud of your ingenuity and mechanical ability. You have all been missed
If there’s anything I’ve learnt from watching you and Otto over the years is that there isn’t an internal combustion engine in existence that you can’t fix. You’re the motor whisperers.
They only need a few things to run. 🙂Fuel, Air and Spark, all in the proper proportions.
This is better than watching motor trend! LOL I enjoy watching you guys I always have and thank you thank you thank you to your whole family!

McGavyers of Alaska so glad found your channel! You so right about people have throw away instead of fixings any more!
I wish alaska the last frontier was still on TV but I'll bet youguys are happier not having to deal with the whole production crew and what they want thankyou for sharing with us I enjoy seeing what you guys are up to these days
I actually loved the crew and miss having them around. They felt like close friends. But I don't miss the drama that the narration added to ATLF.
Love these videos. The Kilchers will get it done. Thanks

Love watching your channel. There is nothing that you can’t fix that has a motor on it.
Very good fix. Another workable machine from the “bone yard”. Love your channel. 👍🇺🇸🚜
That's pretty cool that the fix was simple, and for a few hours of work you have another tool to work with and help with life on the homestead.
One man’s trash, is a Kilchers’ treasure!
A Jack of ALL Trades and Master of Everything. The Kilcher Family Rocks. 👍🙏❤️
Missed your TV show. I will be watching the videos. Thank you 😊
You definitely are a "Chip off the old Block."

What happen to Alaska the Last Frontier?? Did Discovery Cxl the show?? Love all the Kilchers!! How's Shane doing? Eivan and Eve luv your new Channel
Yes discovery cancelled the show, but that's ok, I get more control here without the BS drama from the narrator.

I would of made squirrel soup with that lil dude chirping in my ear while I’m working 😅😂
Nice job! You now have an $8,500 working machine!❤❤❤ God bless you all and many prayers 🙏🏻 Nurse Judi in AZ 🙏🏻 and E Minister 🙏🏻
