Breeze has (2) alternative restaurants, free, one reservation/cabin. Breakfast, lunch buffets in Veranda; served dinner in Amphora; and several outdoor venues on 7. The food looked amazing! My mouth is watering especially after seeing the Lamb chops, veal chop and the duck a l'orange. All my favorites.
I think I'd have to put veal chop in the #1 spot. Make lamb chops frequently (don't French the rack, just broil chops) but veal chops are incredibly expensive. Both in the store and in restaurants so a cruise Veal Chop is my big treat. 👍 Would have liked crispy skin on the duck, my favorite part. 🥰

Windstar is definitely a bucket list cruise line for me, especially on one of their James Beard focused voyages. So glad you liked the experience! Your enthusiasm is so strong and I always enjoy watching your experiences!
(One small note, paella is actually pronounced py-YAY-ya and not pay-Ella. 😊 A double l in Spanish has a y sound. Hope you don’t mind the small correction.)

Ha, I remember you demonstrating your souffle technique years ago on another trip. But what about wine reviews on the three bottlers of NZ's finest brought on board? Any notable vineyards, or just some old favorites? Best to you both.
🤣I try to demonstrate the soufflé technique whenever it is on the menu because many people don't even know what a souffle is! Never see it on a restaurant menu at home. Maybe because we don't frequent haute cuisine places? Wine reviews. 🤣I look at prices and pick. No favorites. Don't even know what we are drinking at home unless I run into the kitchen to see the bottle. I like ALL wines except sweet. We visit Trader's Joes to stock up; pick and choose from the $4-7 range, pay and leave. And here you thought I was a cultured oenophile 🤪 Best to you. Sheila 😍

@@warrenwolf4690 It's always something, Warren. No Viking but scheduled for Windstar in 2 weeks. However....Steve had some oral surgery that's not healing well. We visit Dr. next Wed., and there is a potential I'd have to cancel the cruise if he's still having problems. 😱
