There are two answers. 1. He keeps his powers and does really well and still doesn't have immunity because this is still an aggressive virus. He could withstand the virus after being infected, but that would cause an immunity compromise as his body is trying to fight the virus. He is now susceptible to other viruses that could hinder the walker virus defences, and he would turn. It could be weeks or a month, but he will turn eventually. He would become a variant of a smart walker who still has all his skills and powers. He'd decimate the survivors, leaving no living being on Earth, human or animal. 2. He loses his powers because the laws of crossing universes prevents his powers from existing as they dont exist there, he does okay with his skills and training, but still isn't immune but dies earlier than with his powers, he'd either be eaten or turned into a generic walker. I do think Iron Man would work well here, I could see him rebuild the Arc Reactor in this world as the materials for the Howard Gen 1 are available, and Tony could develop the new element needed for his generation of Arc Reactors. This would not just provide power but defence and new transport as well. A second industrial revolution, but more advanced. It might take decades to get to that point, but with the right people (Rick and his people), he could pull it off. Tony's intelligence is generic, possibly some kind of Savant Autism. So he wouldn't lose that, just the tech of his world, which, in some form, he should be able to repicate in the TWD universes.
