      Really? There’s way better options at these price points and you deserve to get a better product than they’re selling… IMHO I think Sony is taking advantage of having the console market cornered and people are buying products from them for aesthetic’s because they match the console looks and color schemes. Sony has never made a good wireless gaming headset. I mean they have the technology there it’s just they don’t have to use it if they can get people to buy their junky hardware. I’m a Sony fanboy but they always use this cheap plastic (especially in their controllers PS4) compared to Xbox controllers that felt solidly built. You can take a PS4 controller in your hand and literally hear it squeak just by gripping it firmly. I just got my PS5 today and I love the new controller design and color scheme! Best innovation/design yet… and I’ve owned every PlayStation from 1 to 5, I haven’t played it yet because I’m tired from work but I hope the controller is built better than ps4 for $70+ dollars

    Hey, great review. I didn't notice if you mentioned the sound on H3 while plugging jack to your PS5, someone says the headphone volume is lower than on PC. Is that true?

    • @GamerGear
      @GamerGear  ปีที่แล้ว +1

      It is but that's to be expected from most wired headsets and I find the InZone 3 to be very similar to my Razer BlackShark V3 when plugged in.
      If volume is a concern, I'd recommend the Turtle Beach Recon 200 Gen 2 because they are amplified headsets that will definitely give you a kick in sound. The downside is that you have to charge them to get that boost but that's the price for BOOM!

      The one advantage Turtle Beach has is an equalizer so for a game like Destiny, you can fine tune the sound to hear footsteps better.
      With that said, the price on the InZone H7 is killer and if Sony ever adds a native equalizer for the PS5, there's no question it'll be the best.

    To your proffesional opinion. Wgat is the best headset for ps5?

    • @GamerGear
      @GamerGear  ปีที่แล้ว +1

      My favorite headsets right now are the Arctis Nova Pro. Keep in mind they have noise cancelling mics in the interior that pop out so depending on your ear size, it may run against it so that'll negate them.
      In the entry level, the Pulse 3Ds are probably the best since they get on device EQ but those earcups are smaller than most.
      I think the best middle ground are between the Turtle Beach 700 Gen 2 Max and the Artist Nova 7p.
      Both have headphone and Bluetooth playback at the same time. I like that TB has an app that lets you adjust the EQ for those that play multiplayer shooters but the headphone clamp strength was a little too much for me.
      The Arctis are just comfortable.

    Sony is *notorious for using thin, weaker plastic’s* for their official hardware unfortunately. I love the Sony ecosystem and just got my ps5 today… finally?! But their PS4 controller’s were cheaply built and the triggers weren’t durable compared to Xbox. The only thing I like about Xbox is their controllers… they felt chunky (in a good way) and built with better quality plastic. Hopefully they step up their game now that they have control of the market in console gaming. I’m too tired to play and it’s been a long day at work so I haven’t played yet. The controllers look and feel great and hopefully they built them to last at $70+?!!!

    Bottom line for the money at $150 for H7 and $280 for H9… there are much better options for the money. Sony doesn’t make good hardware and are notorious for using subpar materials with cheap thin plastic. Sony literally has the console market cornered and there’s no reason they shouldn’t be making better hardware?? They should team up with Apple considering they’re both competing against Microsoft in their own way… Apple makes the best wireless products IMO and literally invented the wireless earbud platform with a charging carry case… that all others copy now. If Sony/Apple teamed up it could put a dagger in the Xbox for console wars. I mean I was all in on the Xbox 360 as an official fanboy until the dreaded ring of death 💀!! The fact that Microsoft never made it right for the customers, and after 3 system failures I bought a PlayStation 3 and never looked back! Sony didn’t even charge to play online for the PS3 and had the blu-ray player so that was a no brainer. I just got my PS5 today and have been playing my original 1st/Gen PS4 that I got a few months after they came out! That’s an impressive life span for a system of 8yrs!! Hopefully the PS5 will last just as long and the new controllers look and feel sick! They’re a little lighter than I expected but only time will tell with a groundbreaking new design in haptic feedback if they’ll hold up… especially at $70+ for 1/controller?!?! Wtf Sony… but you’re innovating the hardware with haptic triggers so I can understand that… but $70/game!!!! No way… this is going to put GameStop back on the map 🤣 get your stock early!
